Fits as advertised. It's a very stylish jacket that keeps you warm - down to about 5C or 40F, any colder than that you will likely need to layer with fleece or wool. It blocks wind reasonably well for me, the hood has a drawstring so I can tighten it to keep my head warm if needed. For city wearing, maybe the hood is not necessary but I have been out in the woods with this jacket, the hood really helps to keep the wind out making me warm. Glad that I got the hood.The soft jacket is fairly water resistant (due to the DWR coating) but it's not water proof by any means, had some short encounter with the rain in Pacific Northwest, the outside shell and the insulation was wet after 15 min of downpour but hasn't soaked all the way inside.

I'm 5' 11", 175 lbs with a 42" chest with 35" arms and the Large fits me perfectly. The insulation is just enough to keep me warm in the low 40's/high 30's (F) and comfortably cool down into the single digits while just wearing a t-shirt under Neath and either casually walking around or just standing around. The reason I was looking at the jacket was to replace a North Face fleece that I've had for a while which was fine perfect in NM but that sucks at blocking the more humid winter winds in VA. I'm glad I went with the AR instead of the LT, however, the only feature I wish the jacket had that it doesn't is zippered pit vents.

Superb jacket.I'm 5'5" at 170 pounds, the medium is a little tight but that's what I expected. I can still fit it over a shirt and Covert hoody.Surprised at how warm it is for being so thin. I run cold but this did a great job by itself even when it got down to 0° F for a week or so. Very wind resistant and I thought it was kinda funny at how perfectly rain beads up on it like a freshly waxed car.It doesn't pack into its own pocket but you can stuff itself into a sleeve. The internal pocket is nice and big. Hard to check your watch because the cuffs are tight but still stretchy enough.

I've owned several jackets for cold weather and I have to say that this is the best one I've ever owned.Extremely lightweight, very water repellant (rain would bead off my jacket when I first got it), and it is great under a heavier jacket if it's very cold.The fit is perfect for me. I'm 5'8" 150lbs and the jacket fits snug and there is no unnecessary slack under the armpits. The elastic cuffs are great in sealing in the heat, and the hood is nice and snug with a drawstring in the back.Would definitely buy again in a different color.

This is the AR (All round) jacket that has more insulation than the LT version.I got this for it’s lightweight but very insulating properties. It is also shower resistant but not waterproof as it isn’t a GoreTex product. It fits well in a size large as recommended for a 6’0 average build person. It’s a quality made jacket that I would recommend as a outer or inner layer depending on the weather temperature.

Considered sending it back after receiving due to how light this was combined with the price, ended up sweating too much wearing my motorcycle jacket over this skiing in the teens - which being a Floridian in Pennsylvania was pretty great. The construction is well done, comfortable to wear in anything under the 50s for me. The cuffs have some good elastic, and it's also pretty attractive.

Love it, Love it, Love it. I first was preoccupied with the cost; not anymore. It fits me (5'9 160lb) perfect - the sleeves are close fitting but you'll be glad when it's windy outside.The jacket is warm, effective, compact-able and stylish. Should have bought it a year ago instead of a cheaper imitation.Oh, did I say I Love It?

Excellent quality, very warm and lightweight. Excellent on it's own in milder winter temperature and works really well over mid layers in colder conditions. Copes with showers but I wear an outer hard shell in heavier rain. The hood is roomy enough to be worn over other hooded mid layers without being to big when worn on its own.

So I live in Florida but am traveling to Ukraine this winter and wanted something light and warm.It's super light, fits perfect, I'm 5'10 180, I have a big chest 44 inches but it doesn't feel tight and it's not bad looking. I can't speak for it's warmth yet but it does feel like it will regulate temperature well.

Extremely happy with this jacket. Works well as an outer layer in most dry cold conditions. Handles wind pretty well but in severe sub-zero conditions with wind, you’ll want a shell over the top. I use the Arc’teryx Beta SV for this.

Loved it! This jacket fits perfectly well. It's also warm enough for cold days, such as in New York winter. It repels water as well, not that much on rainy days though. It's thin and quite comfortable.

I'm 61 years old. I have owned dozens of jackets and coats in my time. Simply, this is the best and singularly most versatile all around (AR) garment I have ever owned. Period. Grab it and go!

This is my first jacket by arc’teryx and I’m glad I finally got one. Definitely worth the money. Keeps you warm and lets no wind through If you have been debating on getting one do it.

An excellent jacket. Very light but extremely warm. Showerproof, so keeps the rain out most of the time. Expensive but you really do get what you are willing to pay for with Arcteryx.

The jacket is super comfortable, warm and the size fits perfectly. At 183 cm and 86kg size L. Quality 1a as usual at Arcteryx! Only to be recommended. Delivery at campz also top!
