This is a massively expensive piece of gear and I thought I would chuck in my 2p as there is only one global review for this which most of us can't see.Pros:-Build quality. Arcteryx never miss a stitch. Excellent build quality.- Tougher than old boots. This has endured scrapes and falls in Snowdonia which is usually the end for many pieces of gear. This is due to the high dernier fabric which would take nothing short of a knife to cut.- Rotatable hipbelt. This allows the position of the backpack to adjust as you are in different positions which is very useful for climbing.- Weatherproof. Again due to the fabric and features like the zippers this is resistant to even severe conditions.- Heat channelling.

I have been hiking and mountaineering for more than 20 years - this bag is is so superior to others on the market its absurd. If the price is right, get one. You will have it for the rest of your life. Absolutely bomber fabrics and construction, the most comfortable bag money can buy.
