The first thing I noticed about this product was that the On/Off are actually wrong, you switch it to 0 (off) to make it work and 1 (on) stop it... No big deal really, but it did make me wonder about the general attention to detail with the product.Unfortunately I've had less than 6 month light use out of the cutter blades before they stopped cutting properly. Very disappointed to see there is no support or help from Amazon on this product and no warrantyI have however discovered a fix having dismantled and cleaned the cutters. The cutters look in perfect order until you examine the two slide surfaces where the blades move against each other. On my set I noticed that only the outer edges had been contacting,

This is a great product. Very sharp and you must be careful to line up the blades properly. Also be very careful with storage as the blades can break quite easily. You should get 4-5 months before having to replace the blade

Great shaver. The dual shave aspect of detailed and foil shaver offers the user versatility not normally available in one kit. As a frequent traveller, the ability to change plugs for international use is an added bonus.
