I haven't worn the shoes to run in yet but first impressions are great. Love the colour way and the bootie upper construction is really comfortable - foot just slides in. The "tongue" section of the upper is nicely padded to give comfort against the laces on long runs and the heel tag is helpful for getting the shoe on. The toe box is slightly wider than a standard road shoe but this will probably be a good thing on longer runs to give the toes some room and the laces are easy to adjust to get comfortable. The midsole feels great walking around the house, the boost foam will provide enough comfort for a few road miles before getting to the trail. The continental outsole feels sticky for grip on wet rock and the lugs should provide enough traction on most mild trails and gravel tracks. Would definitely recommend for a road-trail shoe, perfect for the urban runner who needs a shoe to do pavement miles and then park trails. Hoping it provides good comfort for some long runs of a few hours or more but I don't think it's the shoe for technical mountain running or really muddy conditions. Will update review after a few runs.

The shoes fit true the size, with plenty of space for toes. The tongue fits like a sock and stops debris coming in. The rest of the upper is very comfortable and dries up very fast. These shoes are very stable on technical terrain, the EVA collar does a good job in containing the foot and the outsole has a good grip. In very muddy conditions the lugs are probably not that aggressive, but somehow it manages to keep me upright. The shorter lugs makes it a good transiction shoe and on hard trail section they don't hold you back. There is not much boost there but that makes the shoes very stable on rocky terrain. I used it up to 50km run but I wouldn't go further than that on hard trails as I would need more cushioning.Overall very impressed, I use it for all my trail running except for very muddy days where I use the XT version and for very long runs/races (more than 50km) where I prefer the extra comfort of Terrex TWO.

I hadn't bought any Adidas trainers for a few years because the last couple of pairs I'd had just weren't up to scratch. I thought it was time I took another look and I'm so glad I did. I needed some new trail running trainers and these looked fantastic. When I opened the box, I was literally stunned by the quality of this shoe, it's awesome and the fit is amazing. Super comfy, loads of bounce, nice wide toe box but secure around the ankles. I love them so much I've ordered a second pair.

I've ownd a few pairs of Terrex shoes, mostly with a gortex lining, but that always seems to leak, so the cost isn't justified any more. These don't have gortex and they are ace. Supple, but with plenty of support, a nice amount of width and with the sock and lace enclosure they fit really well. Brilliant shoes for running trails and tracks.

Fantastic quality shoe. As always with Adidas the quality and styling is superb. Great fit as I'm a size 9, no problem with the width at all. I have a range of the Adidas Terrex trainers, mainly for Obstacle races and they perform superbly - offering excellent grip over various terrain, fantastic on the obstacles and off course the running.

Bought these for my husband as he's never had a quality pair of running shoes before, and wouldn't you know, has now in his mid-30s developed aching knees, ankles and has a recurring hamstring issue. He says they are the most comfortable pair of shoes he's owned and really likes them!

These flow trainers are great for the trails, look amazing and feel as should on the foot, comfy, boost and colourful. I would recommend staying at your normal sizing or maybe going down half a size as they are a little wide in the toe box compared to ultraboosts. 100% recommend

More of a robust running shoe than a trail shoe, but I bought them for the colour scheme which was not for everyone but I thought was awesome. Insole is a bit thin, but swapped them out for a pair from ultra boost I had and all good. Love Adidas boost shoes.

Great service. The trainer itself is good looking. The fit is good and very comfy especially with the inbuilt trainer sock which I’ve not had a trainer with before. It also looks a very well made trainer that will withstand a lot of punishment as well.

A great shoe, tread isn’t as knobbly as other trail shoes so it’s more of a cross over that a real deep mud shoe. The arch support is very noticeable which I don’t mind but others might not like. Very light felt fast and look mental. Good job Adidas

They remain comfortable and supportive on any Type of running surface, surprisingly good cushioning despite how thin the Sole is, I don’t know how they would fare on longer runs because the sole is so thin but for 5K runs perfect!

Bought to replace my 10 year old running trainers, wish I'd upgraded sooner. Amazing, comfortable both on- and off-road. They fit perfectly and the soles are springy yet sturdy. Look incredible in person too. Highly recommend

The shoes were came up a half size small for me so returned for an exchange. Exchange process was very easy the replacement was with me very quickly. Shoes fit spot on and very comfortable.

So comfy I have worn these for multiple 15+ mile hikes on easy terrain and I wouldn't wear anything else now - feet feel great at end of every hike and total mileage over 200 miles now

The boost sole may make these faster in the long run but they feel a little sluggish and heavy at first despite being comfortable and good on a variety of underfoot conditions.
