My dogs have been plant based since January this year and on this food for most of that time. My older dog, Boo, suffers with pancreatitis which can be triggered by eating something she shouldn’t or just really rich food. She hasn’t had any episodes since being on this food. She is also prone to weight gain and easily fluctuates in weight which then triggers a skip in her rear leg, her weight is perfectly managed with this food and she’s stayed the same since being on it and her leg hasn’t skipped since. My younger dog, Buzz, also started getting a skip in his rear leg, but since being on this food, he hasn’t had it either. They really like this food, but they will really eat anything,

I bought them primarily because I didn't want to feed my dog with 'meat scraps' that are not suitable for human consumption (inform yourself where the meat in the commercialized dog food comes from!!). I would not give my dog anything that I would not eat myself, hence I opted for a meat-free diet also for him.Besides the reasons, I found this dog food to be full of nutrients and with more protein than usual dog food, especially important for an active dog! What has been a surprise is that his breath is a lot better after eating plant-based dry food than when he eats the normal Pedigree one. I tried to switch it a couple of times to test this theory and it really works.So if your pup has problems with bad breath,

My dog (toy poodle) likes these biscuits and is her usual healthy and active self since I bought them for her. She has very few and small teeth (due to problems in the past) but just about manages to eat these. At first I soaked them in water to make it easier for her but now she can just eat them as they are. But she is a special case if your dog has normal dental health then they will have no problems. They lasted her about 3 months, although I also feed her (dog safe) leftovers from dinner so they are not all that she eats.

After a few health issues with my dogs I am trying to stop feeding them animal meat and byproducts, they seem to be doing okay on this food and will eat it readily as a treat (like dog biscuits) however when giving it to them in a bowl (tea time) they will only eat it if I mix it with a little fish, however this is a compromise we are all willing to live with, I just wish it was a bit cheaper (please) however it does make you realize the rubbish they put in other meaty dog food versions to make it so cheap

This is the second vegan dog food I've tried and I'm sticking to it! You'd never know it was vegan as it looks and smells like meaty dog kibble. A previous vegan dog food I used needed stuff mixing with it to encourage my dogs to eat it and made them fart repeatedly, not to mention the fact it looked like rabbit food. I don't have any of these issues with this food. Although it's quite costly, the quality of it does justify the price.

My dog is happy, healthy and energetic. She has this Yarrah Kibble for around 3 years. I do mix it with other foods such as yarrah veggie wet food, other brands of wet veggie dog food or home cooked vegetables, she prefers something wetter than just kibble on its own and we do like to give her fresh foods when we can but this kibble has been a daily staple and we have no complaints about it.

My dog has a very sensitive tummy to the point that I had to give up on kibbles and swap for raw food. She's also very fussy with her food! Being a vegan I would like to give her some cruelty free food. Tried this one and mix it with the meat for now, she's eating it and her tummy is absolutely fine. Going for the second pack now and looking to increase the dose and decrease the meat.

I recently moved to Ireland with my husband and dog. We fed him a mostly vegan diet in the states but couldn’t find anything here until I ordered this. As soon as I filled up my dog’s bowl, he went to town on it! It’s a huge bag, so I’ll be transferring it into a smaller container and keeping this in the cupboard. I’m really happy with it and will order it again when this runs out.

My dogs love it and it's a brilliant cruelty free alternative to the regular dog food brands. I recommend it!My obese dog is now within a healthy weight range after consuming this food for a year. She has so much more energy to run and play. it's lovely to see the difference in her behaviour and her zest for life return at 10 years old!

My dog has suffered with sickness and diarrhea since he suffered from parvo as a puppy. This is the only food that doesn't seem to irritate his sensitive digestion. Not to mention it's not fill of all the harmful crap normal dog food is. I recommend buying the tin good to mix with the biscuits as they can get boring for your pet.

The dose wolf it down, make me feel better about their diet and the environment however they do fart alot afterwards, I'm hoping this will lessen as they get more used to it.....Currently they've been weaned onto this over a month and are having approximately 50/50.My allergic dog has no problem eating this which is a huge plus

Since we put my dog on a vegan diet his constant diarrhoea has cleared up and his coat is much healthier. It’s so handy to have a big sack of it as a supply. We thought he would turn up his nose with it not being meat but he wolfs it down just the same, so must taste good to him as he won’t eat just anything like other dogs.

This is perfect for one of my dogs who can't eat and dairy or egg at all due to severe allergies. It's also popular with my other dog who loves it, and for the poster who said it's cruel to feed this to a carnivore, please remember that dogs are omnivores and further, my second dog actually prefers this over normal dog food!

Our dog used to be constantly scratching we saw reviews saying that Yarrah could help prevent itching and started feeding it. He has stopped scratching has an amazing coat lots of energy and loves his food though saying that he will eat anything. I add a small amount of fresh meat to his meals. No foul poos either.

My dog loves this food.... he’s 12 and I’ve used it for well over a year. I add warm water and leave it to soak and cool for a while.Or just as the biscuits are, I often add vegetables which he loves.Good quality healthy dog biscuits :)
