Here is the small style of Yankee Jar, which is a very pretty pale pinky/peachy colour. I am a huge candle user and can verify Yankee as one of the best. The jar in itself is quite expensive in my opinion retailing at £8.50-£8.99 in value. As a candle buyer many times over I rarely buy this size as I feel you get better value for money to buy the medium or large jars being more expensive yes, but the wax last alot lot longer. However, as a little gift this is a lovely pretty little jar. The fragrance is one of the new Q1 (Quarter 1) 2018 new ones, which was released in January 2018. Its a cake peachy smell to me, which is pretty and slightly fruity/fizzy.

This as a fragrance is recognisible and slowly builds in intensity, there is a creamy, fruity combination of aromas which are appealing to smell and as I am more drawn to these types of fragrances is one I particularly enjoy. It isn't as strong as some of the more floral options which are available to buy and in a large room the effect wouldn't be quite as obvious as it would be in a smaller room, we tend to burn our candles in our spare room but quickly decided that this would be more suited to a kitchen or hallway and I soon ended up moving ours into a smaller room where its aroma could be better experienced.Strawberry Buttercream is a fragrance I would wholeheartedly recommend even though it doesn't quite live up to its advertised burning time.

Yankee Candles provide good value in their mid market position, with attractive lidded jars and pleasant fragrances, although I would urge doing some in-store sniffing before purchase where possible to check the smell is to your taste. Rainbow Cookie smells sweetly of confectionery and is a fairly safe bet if you cannot smell beforehand. This is a small jar and is easily grasped in a single hand and would fit inside a normal mug to put it into context - larger sizes are available.For best burning experience, keep the wick trimmed to no more than 3mm and use a candle snuffed to extinguish as that helps prevent the wax going everywhere.This is an attractively scented candle,

Even though at first it may seem like it's a rip off costing £20 JUST for a candle, I really didn't want to waste my money but I am so pleased that I have, firstly the candle smells amazing that people constantly say that my room smells really nice and candy like. I have been using this candle every night for 3 hours for around 2 months and it's just reached the halfway point of its 'life'. I am amazed how long it's lasted and with the fragrance it gives off. I am 100% when it runs out I defiantly will buy another because it leaves your environment smelling like cupcakes even the next day which the fragrance can still be noticed. For £20 it's a bargain!

I'm so happy with these candles they smell amazing, my partner pulled up on our drive and as soon as he got out the car he could smell them and I only had the front window open an inch so the fragrance is really good and long lasting which is brilliant if you have animals. Brilliant value for money, will be ordering more in a different fragrance as there as so many to choose from. I have recommended to all my friends and family. Over the years I bought hundreds of scented candles and none have ever come close to these candles they are the best by far and they come in all different sizes for everyone's budget. Really pleased

Great smelling candle that looks very nice.This is probably the best candles can get in my eyes. Gives of a nice calming smell the fills the whole room within a couple of minutes and looks very much the part.If you love the smell of vanilla this is the best of the best!i would recommend that you invest in a gas lighter that can reach the bottom easily, just so you can get the most from this great candle. (Safety Gas Lighter - No need for matches By Everbright Plus)Yes the price is a little steep, (Would love a couple of £ knocked off) but you are paying for a very high quality candle, and it is well worth it.

I bought my first Yankee candle a few years ago. I did think it was a expensive and it was a risk, but I was not disappointed.These are the best fragranced candles I have come across to date. They last for ages and I mean ages! And the room smells lovely!The Yankee candles come in a variety of sizes and flavours. The jars seems to last the longest along with the tarts. The little candles will last a couple of night.The box sets are a great samplers and would be a brilliant gift for anyone.All in all I would give them a 10 out of 10 for quality. The price just reflects the quality.

Wasn’t sure about this candle at first thought it was a “week” fragrance but I kept it burning for about six hrs and it finally got going and the fragrance kicked in! It’s not overly powerful but you can certainly smell it it fills the whole of my lounge/dining room area, it’s sweet very true to its name, wanted to try all of this new Sunday brunch collection I don’t think I would buy it again it’s not really my sort of fragrance I like musky scents rather than fruity, think it’s on the same par as passion fruit Martin that’s the closest description I can find, hope this helps?

After reading some of the previous reviews I bit the bullet and ordered this Strawberry Buttercream large candle for £12.99 because the price was so good. I was apprehensive until I received it just now. It has arrived earlier than expected, very well packaged in a box with bubble wrap and paper and smells exactly as it should. No marks on the candle, looks exactly as it should. Keeping it now for a Christmas present. Really pleased with my purchase. From an avid Yankee candle fan, I am very certain this is a genuine Yankee Candle. I will be ordering more.

Per tea light these easily last the rated number of hours. They are slightly deeper than the normal metal cased ones you get from supermarkets and are even fairly easy to relight if they have been blown out, which is not always the case on cheap ones. The smell isn't overwhelming I have to say for this particular flavour, unlike some yankee candles which just about blow your head off. I've got one on the go at the minute that has been burning for a good 5 hours and has only gone half way down, so you definitely get your money's worth.

Wow, I've tried this scent in a smaller version before and decided to get the bigger jar (better value for money, they last ages) and I was expecting it to have roughly the same strength of scent as the small one, but no, this one really packs a punch!I've had it burning in my bedroom for a few hours and the smell is drifting right through my whole house now! It's amazing. I love sweet scents so I'm in absolute heaven right now.Highly recommend this scent in the large jar size if you like sweet foodie scents like I do.

These tea candles from yankee candles are absolutely amazing! They have lovely smell, smells like vanilla but nice, cant really describe it but the scent is very nice. It's actually pretty strong, I can smell it everywhere downstairs.I got 3 candles lit and one candle I am using as wax. Just scraped the candle into the silicone cupcake form. Dont need to buy wax, it works amazingly well.Definitely recommend, worth the price. It must be my favourite candle right now.

I have this Vanilla Cupcake candle and every time I open the lid I want to dip in with a spoon, it smells delicious and yummy, the scent reaches every corner of my apartment and when friends visit they want to know what the fragrance is, I have converted several friends into Yankee Candle addicts. I have many Yankee Candles and am always looking to add to my collection. I would recommend this candle to anyone who loves food and especially baking.

It's massive, it smells good, and it burns well. If you burn it for a while, the wick of the candle will go deep into the jar, and it will become difficult to light. In this case, if you have a sticks of raw spaghetti around, light one and poke it into the candle (whilst holding it upside down) and it's easy to light the candle no matter how far the wick has been melted down.Burnt spaghetti stinks though so you'll have to put up with that.

Originally bought this for a friend but she didn't like the smell. So I decided to use it myself, it is LOVELY! The smell is strong and it burns literally for weeks. If you don't want to burn it all the time but still want the smell you can just leave the lid off for a little 15-30 minutes and the smell will still be there :) I love yankee products and love them even more at prices like these, I bought this for £13.49 or there abouts :)
