I bought these in three different sizes earlier this year so that I could brown or sear fish or meat on the hob and then bake or roast directly from hob to the oven. They are brilliant not only for that but also for baking, roasting anything from sweet crumbles to fish pie, from roast joints to bacon and egg. Well worth the cost.

I am very happy with my purchase, I like to cook Tajines which need a specific material to use but with this pan I was very successful to make very delicious recipes. I recommend it

used many, many times now and still looks like nearly brand new. Very easy to clean with a soak. Cooks very evenly. Very comfortable handle. Great buy.

Nice little skillet.Works on our induction hob.Nice quality.Could do with a matching lid as a set, luckily we have one from a saucepan which fits

Beautifully made. Expensive - but a good buy. I've had it a few months and am very happy with it especially for vegetable stir-frys.

I love cooking in it. Food doesn't stick size and height just right. It isn't too heavy. It actually upgraded the results

Very good quality. However, the two handles could become very hot. The users need to be extremely careful with it.

Use it for anything and everything. It cleans easily and looks sparkling new out of the dishwasher.
