MY main concern was:1. How easy is that going to be clean - and to be honest I was not sure - but so far - no problem (and we are using it almost every day).NOTE: Obviously if you burn something really badly (because you kid called you for something incredibly important while you ware frying something) then the pan will get some sticky leftovers.But I pour a bit of washing liquid with hot water and leave it for a while - so it is easier to remove them.So, to summarise it:We did have a number of different pans like: telfon / anodised aluminium / and some other versions of those some pretty expensive (yes they are easy to clean at the beginning but after a while of using them there is no difference to any other frying pan).So,

This pan is big. For a better measure of the size, we are able to simultaneously cook 4 pork steaks.It has a steel surface and using the proper cooking temperature helps to avoid food stiking to it. If things go wrong it is easy to clean as you can leave it soaking in water and scrub with hard scoures.I have not tried to use it as a weapon, although it is sturdy and heavy. I suppose that if you choose your cookware with that criteria it is a good choice.

Some reviewers say that foods stick to the pan. All uncoated pans need seasoning before first use You never need to soak uncoated pans if you follow this procedure when new. Get the pan very hot then rub it with a wad of kitchen paper with some cooking oil drizzled on it, then dry the pan off with clean paper and repeat twice more, it works for me. It can be seasoned with salt but I have never done that as I can’t imagine how that works.

Very good frying pan; excellent heat retention and heat spread throughout the pan; high sides help contain heat within the cooking area and reduce spitting over the hob; rounded edges also good feature. Food, e.g. flatened breaded chicken breasts, far tastier. Delighted with it and happy to recommend it to one and all. Tip: still use anti-scratch spatulas to maintain excellent cooking surfaces.

This uncoated pan is highly durable, the thick base allows it to hold heat well. For its price and type of steel is made of its great value considering how easy it is to clean. The only downside is the handle heats up easily so its more than a bit warm to the touch, not hot enough to be painful.

A gift for my daughter who has an induction hob. She's chuffed to bits with it and uses it all the time. Easy to use and clean, what could be better?

very good quality....there were a couple of hair scratches on the inside of rim side....but as it will be used a lot these will not be seen?

Love this frying pan. Much better than supposedly non stick pans. Going to buy the glass lid for it soon
