It is exactly what I wanted. A pan that’ll last me out, that has even heating and one that should I burn food in will be easy to clean.My tip for cleaning:• Wipe any greases out with kitchen paper• Add a little washing up liquid and a very small amount of water• Bring to boil and a allow to soak and cool before cleaning out - it can be scoured with a stainless steel scouring pad if need be, but you will have this pan forever, still looking beautiful which has no harmful chemicals to ingest,

We have this 20 cm pan and its 24 cm companion and are delighted with them. Both are well designed and finished, and come up to expectations as long as one follows the maker's instructions for use and cleaning. If you ignore these, you have only yourself to blame. These pans are significantly heavier than their cheaper equivalents, and someone with below-average strength might find them difficult to manipulate.

I bought these in three different sizes earlier this year so that I could brown or sear fish or meat on the hob and then bake or roast directly from hob to the oven. They are brilliant not only for that but also for baking, roasting anything from sweet crumbles to fish pie, from roast joints to bacon and egg. Well worth the cost.

used many, many times now and still looks like nearly brand new. Very easy to clean with a soak. Cooks very evenly. Very comfortable handle. Great buy.

Nice little skillet.Works on our induction hob.Nice quality.Could do with a matching lid as a set, luckily we have one from a saucepan which fits

Beautifully made. Expensive - but a good buy. I've had it a few months and am very happy with it especially for vegetable stir-frys.

Comfortable handle, stays cool. Well balanced small frying pan. Solid base. Seems well made.No negatives.

Use it for anything and everything. It cleans easily and looks sparkling new out of the dishwasher.
