Excellent product, great being able to disassemble it. Only reason for less than five stars, after about five uses, it developed a bald spot in the middle where something had stuck (non stick?) and vigorous rubbing had rubbed through the surface! Amazon replaced it, and have had no problem at all with very reliable replacement pan. Can only presume that was a faulty pan.

This was bought as a gift - I already own one, and therefore knew it would be good quality and very useful with its removable handle.By the way, if you have difficulty taking off the handle if you've screwed it on too tight, there's a hole in the very end which you can use, with a teaspoon handle, as a lever. I did this the other day.

This item was swiftly delivered and was exactly as described. I use it every day and love it, though it is described as a fry pan, I use it as a multi purpose pan. Excellent.

I have been building up a collection of these frying pans and have found all sizes and their wok and griddle pan very good quality

Great quality and easy to use. The ability to remove the handle is also useful. Works well on induction hobs.

Can be used on the hob or remove handle to use in oven, dishwasher safe too, love it :-)
