These mugs are really beautiful, and very practical; a real mug-size, with a very comfortable handle - as you'd expect from Villeroy and Boch. 20 years ago, we clubbed together to give the dinner service as a wedding gift. Now we're off to the 20-yr anniversary this weekend and I thought these would be a great memento... but only remembered late Thursday. Once again, Amazon came up trumps with the perfect selection, perfectly delivered in super-human time. They arrived packed in bubble wrap, each in a small standard Amazon box inside a bigger box, which is a tad disappointing - for this price, you'd think V&B could pop them in a presentation box - but that's not Amazon's fault.
