I purchased a pair of these of duel fulcrum type cutters, which were Polish made, over 40 years, ago, and they a are still going albeit beaten up, so I decided to update them with a pair of these VBW 500020 cutters, made in Germany.I was not disappointed, as these cutters are of excellent quality, and the secret is their ease of use via the duel fulcrum points.I use them for the most part, cutting barbed wire ends, whilst fencing, and these cutters do the job with the minimum of effort.Just a foot note———the jaws open only to approximately 4 mm.Yes, they are expensive but they will last a life time.
