I wish there were more of these type games. My daughter and son worked together to play this game. When they finished, they excitedly gave it to their aunt and uncle to play who also loved it. So many of the Switch games are single player, or not equal two player - getting dragged along as second player in Pokemon and such, or battling each other and becoming amped up in real life. This one I was happy to have them play as they solved puzzles together and worked together as a team, each character equally capable! It was great to hear them chat about it and work together to navigate the land with their string people. The background story of being connected as family isn't a bad one either.

Wow... I bought this game when I was looking for ideas for my new Switch, and this one caught my eye. The animation is incredibly beautiful, the music haunting, and I love the adorable and occasionally sad little yarn characters. The ghost story in the background adds interest even though it doesn't particularly seem to tie into the puzzle play. There is one really frustrating action where I struggle often getting the blue and red to combine--that's definitely my biggest complaint--but it's still overall very nice to play. My roommate was mesmerized watching me play solo for hours. We haven't tried the two player mode yet, but I imagine how well you work together will decide whether it makes things easier or harder.

I love that this game requires teamwork to complete each stage. You've to really think how to work together to problem solve. Some stages require a few different thought processes to then move on to the next step. I also love how the characters can cling onto one another so if you've one player that's better with the controls they can help you get to the end. The storyline seems to be a a bit more towards the creepy rather than cute side. From what I can gather from the few hours I've played it seems as though some people are trying to escape some kind of institution. I'm not sure. Definitely not the usual cutsie animations for kids. I'm really enjoying playing so far,

First of all, Nintendo's site has the dowloadable game on special for £6.24 (Sorry Amazon - I still love you). As others have said, this game fits so well as a handheld console game. There's something about moving the controllers, that makes you feel that you are actually helping the unlikely duo follow their guiding light. The movements (wall jumps, swinging and jump are pure Mario64). One of the great things is it seems (at my early stage) to sustain damage if you fall. Even the whispering movements of 'Tinkerbell' the guiding light set this game out as a pure joy.

My 10 yr old and I love this game. Rich graphics, good story, puzzles that are hard but not impossible. The playing feature requires massive dexterity in your fingers as some jumps require holding two buttons, releasing one and then quickly pressing again. Because of this, you will rage quit occasionally. But you will always go back because it is the perfect pandemic video game. Calming, interesting, and beautiful.

I found the game fantastic and fun to play and the graphics are brilliant and story line is great I would recommend to anyone to get this game as it's one of the great games I've played for a long time and also it's mind blowing with the puzzles in the game so yes i recommend this game to anyone who's up to a challenge in a game that keeps u playing for me

The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it was too short. It ended quite suddenly and there were certain mysteries unanswered...that was very nagging lol. But omg such a beautiful game, 2 player is not required but in my opinion definitely enhanced the experience. I love the teamwork involved, me and my husband finished it in just a few days.

This is the second game of the yarny adventure, in unravel two you get to customise and take control of two yarnys as you make your way through each chapter in unique and interesting ways, with both good game play, music and story and to have this title on the Nintendo switch and play on the go is super cool ?

Me and my boyfriend got this because we wanted a co-op game that wouldn't be so competitive. This game was perfect for that! the music is very ambient and calming and it has mind bending challenges that we laugh at due to how many times we mess up!

It's a great game for kids and even for grownups that want just to relax and play something easy.It supports two player at the same time.Graphics are very good.You won't find any booklet in the interior only the cartridge.

This is sucky a great game for a couple or two friends, it’s fun with challenges you’ll have to work together on, a lot of variety in levels and not too easy with a lot of game play time. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed the puzzles and the skill you need to complete, some of the challenges to hard for me.Gave up after many attempts.But grafix good I will keep this game to play it again.

Can be played single player but best enjoyed with a loved one. An outstanding port and was frankly relived at the price. I hope we get the original on Switch some time soon.

This game is so cute, so amazing, and so enjoyable.I played it 2-player and we laughed all the way through (and cried sometimes).I would highly recommend this game.
