too stiff, bag isn't soft to allow the dog in comfortably, expensive price for what is essentially a rucksack.my dog does have arthritic back legs, so perhaps that made things more difficult, than for other dogs

Bag too small, also had a label saying max weight 15kg. Advertised as 30kg.
