Excellent bandwidth and signal power - it made a clear difference even to devices that were "OK" prior to its installation.Super-easy setup as a basic extender via WPS takes less than a minute and two button presses - however for those that like to tinker and customise there are plenty of options. Only slight negative of the quick setup: it makes accessing further configuration options a bit of a faff, including having to scan QR codes to install apps.For example, the blue LED lighting makes it look like an alien spaceship, but if installed in a bedroom it is too bright and it may disturb sleep. Is is possible to switch them off - including a "night mode" option that only switches them off during certain hours,

I was in a black spot in an old house with thick walls, lucky if I could get 5mb download speed in my bedroom. Now I’m regularly getting between 40mb and 80mb depending on the device.This device also works more simply than others that, for example, use the existing copper wiring in a house. This makes it far more reliable and far less likely to interfere with the signal from any other router or WiFi extender in a large house. This I tell you from experience.Whether this is your first, or you need another, but this one!

Just fitted a TPLunk Archer 5400. Needed some compatible repeaters so kept with the brand. These are superb kits. One piece of advice. Plug in, look for the unit to appear in your WiFi ssid and select it. Log in to the web interface as shown on instructions and set your needs manually. I chose to use a specific name for the 2.4 and 5ghz bands to clearly identify it. Don’t rely on your phone or tablet to select the best SSID as you move around. That’s not TPLink fault.I paid £54 and that’s excellent value.

It is easy to set up, which took a couple of minutes and a couple of minutes more to find the best location. The price was good and the quality seems good also. I would have given it 5 stars but the range I feel has been over exaggerated and I'm not really getting a full signal in my workshop which is located about 50 feet from its current location. It may be that there is interference from the strip lights which I need to investigate. However I'm pleased with the purchase.

The unit arrived as promised and although not the cheapest, was straightforward to set-up. It obviously transmits a strong signal even without any of the three aerials extended and as a result is very unobtrusive plugged into a socket-outlet. The broadband signal on my laptop is now at max strength and maybe one day we might even get more than mbps single-figures speed if miles of copper are replaced by fibre-optic cable!

Excellent range extender.the only problem I had was, when first setting up, my anti-virus programme kept telling me my network was under attack and locked me out of the internet.to solve the problem I had to go back into the extender setup and manually change the IP address to match my router.Now the system works fine and I have wi-fi at the bottom of both of my gardens.

This is a very powerful WiFi range Extender, buy one or more to set up as a mesh system around your home. They are a bit difficult to set up, this is best done through a pc using the ether net cable provided makeing sure all other internet connections are disabled. I have also set up through an Android phone but this is very difficult to do. Overall a brilliant bit of kit.

Purchased one month ago to replace a smaller and older unit. This product was easy to set up and has provided reliable wireless coverage with high speed. The unit is downstairs providing coverage to the far end of the house, backyard and all upstairs. It has solved the blind spots I was experiencing.I recommend it. It as value for money.

Easy to set up and improved the range and strength of my 2.4 G / 5g router( virgin ) to my garage and garden so now i can easliy connect to other wifi devices ( camera and lights) which were to far away from main router to connect without dropping outNo hard ethernet cables required - just plug and play

All I can say is that it seems to work i.e. we no longer receive on-screen messages that our signal is weak. The downside is that the device is large and requires to be plugged into a socket adjacent to the router, hence permanently taking up an otherwise useful outlet. It is not unattractive.

its all good but still dropping first thing in the morning, ilive in a three bed semi this is in the spare room lights are on, but the stick is not on in the back bedroom, probly talk talk just fking with me, just so happens that a plusnet has appeared in other networks close by.Regards

Our router is in the dining room and we've always had problems with a 5ghz connection in back bedroom and we couldnt get it in loft. We were using poweline adapters all round house but this has taken away the need for them and given us super fast broadband speeds in the whole house :)

Set up as WiFi extender very easy.But I hv used to create garden WiFi ... I used a to link Powerline adapter to get wired internet to my garden studio .. and connected this to it by LAN cable and changed settings to make it an access point ...Superb

I bought this range extender as my property was over three floors and on the top floor I had a problem receiving the Wi-Fi signal.This range extender was easy to set up and worked Great and boosted my signal but by 20 MBs in the room with black spot

Does exactly what is says, simple to set up and has doubled my wifi range . Now getting great coverage in my summer house at the bottom of the garden approximately 30 metres away from my main router .
