AS TOASTER GO IT IS VERY GOOD EXCEPT YOU HAVE TO WATCH WHAT SIZE OF BREAD YOU PUT IN THE TOASTER .FOR ME IT IS FINE AS I USE SMALL LOAF'S OF BREAD BUT THE BIGGER LOAF YOU HAVE TO CUT OF THE TOP CRUST.

Actually, it's the first toaster I've ever owned so I can't judge but it dies the job for which I bought it.
