When opening the box you came across a classy sleek looking toaster which wouldn't look out of place in a industrial style catering kitchen. This modern looking toaster would look good in a modern kitchen to a farmhouse style kitchen. If it had been done in polished stainless steel I don't think it would have looked so good.The toast dial settings have reassuring clicks, and I can vouch that setting the same numbers in each set of 2 slices means your 2 lots of 2 will pop up at the same time - a sign they are well made and calibrated. The toast itself is very evenly toasted - something that actually takes getting used to after being so used to light patch here and a dark patch there with other toasters.The only slight downside is actually just a trade off.

The toaster looks very sleek with a nice satin chrome finish which I feel is a better finish than polished chrome as you don't get the finger marks !I do feel that the size of the toaster is quite a lot larger than my previous four slice toaster, and the design would be better if the levers were on the smaller side of the toaster and then it could be placed lengthways against the wall as it is rather long.Having said that it is very easy to use, it heats up straight away and really is faster at toasting ( I tested it against my previous toaster) You will need to adjust the setting as I had my old toaster at just past 3 but the toast was slightly burnt at this level,

After reading many reviews on this toaster I was keen to try my toasted hot cross buns. Bingo, they fit the slots, toasted evenly AND I could reach them to lift out, didnt need to stick a fork in to lift them out as I have always done with previous toasters, best bit was I got the timing right the 1st time and they toasted very fast and popped up at the right time, no putting them back down for another minute. Will try bread over the Easter weekend and see if I have it set for the same as the buns, looks good on the worktop and is farely compact for a 4 slice toaster. I love it.

Very good first impression with the packaging in Black with the picture graphics of toast on the lid ! Our biggest attraction to this toaster is the wide slots for thick bread like Warburtons Toastie ! This toaster is the quickest we have ever had which stops you popping up the bread every 30 seconds so you don't burn your toast !!! Very modern style with the illuminated blue light strip while in use. The brushed stainless steel stops finger marks and looks very modern in our kitchen ! Another great line get them in ASDA !!!

I have 3 floors in my house, my husbands office being on the top floor where I have the 2nd of everything, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. I was so happy with the 20750 toaster in my kitchen that I gave it 5 stars before toasting bagels in it, they need to be flattened. It is brilliant for toasting my Tesco fruit (raisin) bread at the lowest setting - something none of my other toasters did. The raisin bread would burn in the others. So the 20750 deserves at least 4 stars for that alone.

Very pleased with this toaster, it's a lot lighter than my other one, toasts a lot quicker, also you can put your toast back in if it gets cold for any reason to heat it up again. The only thing I DON"T like is the cord it's very short, it has blue lights along the bottom in the front that come on when the toaster is in use, but one of these has gone already but I can't be bothered taking it back it doesn't affect it's performance. I've given 4 for the design, only because of the short cord.

Bought to replace a two slice toaster, this toaster is very good. We bake our own bread and it easily toasts our thick and thin slices with a slight adjustment to the timer, which I am still working out. There is a handy little feature on the back of the toaster which allows you to pull out the tray that catches the crumbs so I no longer need to tip it upside down to shake the crumbs out like I did with the old toaster. It's easy to clean and looks lovely with the matching kettle.

I bought this to match the Buckingham kettle because it was in deal with money off if bought together. There is a keep warm feature which I like. The only reason I've given it four stars is because although it's very quick, it doesn't toast properly right to the edges of the bread! I've had to turn the dial up a little more for a darker toast, because the inside of the bread is still soft! Love the blue lights at the base! Looks really stylish in my kitchen too.

Mixed review for this one.collected this toaster on a Tuesday and by Friday the right hand side toasting lever would not stay down on its own, so a replacement had to be fetched.No problem with exchanging this at my local Argos.the new toaster is working well and is very rapid at toasting.You only need the heat selector just over the number 1 setting.Toast and crumpets are the best I've ever tasted, as the centre of them does not dry out.

Bought this Buckingham toaster and the Buckingham kettle together thinking they would match. Unfortunately the toaster is shiny chrome on the front yet the kettle is brushed steel. I have decided to keep them rather than return as I did get them at a reasonable price and they won’t be stood side by side. Other than that they are both good quality and work really well. Time will tell how well they stand up to day to day use!

this toaster looks very nice and has a very fancy blue light at bottom that comes on wen in use. cooks toasts very nicely and they even taste better compared to our last toaster. just make sure you use it a couple of times on full blast without bread in it to get rid of chemicals/smell from it wen u first get it as it says in instructions (i didnt read instructions till after ..DOH). very happy with this toaster.

This toaster looks good with the blue light when toasting. But when toasting on the lowest setting no.1 the toast still comes out quite well done. It toasts quickly. The front and back are stainless steel and the sides are brushed steel so looks like it doesn't match the kettle I bought with it as that is all brushed steel. But overall it still looks nice especially when the light comes on.

Brilliant... pleasing on the eye and very efficient...matches the kettle very well with led blue lights....toasts quickly..nice with independent settings re heat and defrost settings....only minor gripe is there's no lift feature when removing non loaf type bread .. for eg...rolls and smaller height items...if new version has this and still metal finish I will replace ......maybe hahaha

... what more do you need! If you're looking for a toaster with simple functions that looks good then this is spot on. We didn't want to spend a fortune on fancy features and this toasts bread, crumpets, hot cross buns etc. quickly and well (once you've got hang of the right setting for you!). We got the matching kettle too which looks just as good and is much quieter than our old one.

I have Been looking for a fast toaster for ever and a day fed up of waiting ages for the toast to pop up and when it finally did it was always hard and too dry this toaster is lightening fast stylish design easy to clean only fault is it could do with being a bit deeper one edge of the toast is not toasted enough but I turn it over halfway and you've got the perfect piece of toast
