Works as expected, I mean it is a toaster and it toasts bread evenly and that is all I ask from it...On the positive side:- It is small (the frame) and so is perfect if you do not want to use to much space on your worktop.- It is sleek and simple, nothing fancy, just matt black with some grey controls (more later).- It toasts bread slices relatively quickly thanks to its 1000W power I guessA few negatives though:- Be aware that the control buttons on the black model are grey... This is different from the photos on Amazon which suggests that they are black. This is slightly disappointing as I think the overall design would be nicer if it was all black.- The bread slots may not be deep enough

No toaster is ever easy to clean, so that's a pointless question, really. No toaster heats completely evenly either, so that's another. However, it is an excellent product as toasters go, one which actually toasts without the dials being wound to the top, and it happily takes slices of bread of any thickness without losing them in the bowels of the mechanism. I'm satisfied, and very grateful no longer to be fishing with a wooden stick for the slender slices I prefer which have in other toasters slid down, being impossible to coax out by removing the crumb tray, because they are too tall, and impossible to catch with the wooden tongs because they are too thick to open at the side of the platform.

Bought to go with its matching kettle for a partially furnished flat. Wanted good quality at a good price. Warehouse deal so happy with price. It is good looking and reasonable size. After I bought it I did think perhaps I should have gone for a four slice, but this is quite quick and I think will be fine as it will be mainly used by husband whilst away. It has a variable dial and a button to quick pop, it also has a wire warm rack. Overall very pleased and although I would certainly buy again for a flat, for my home I would want a four slice toaster, having said that if they make one I would buy it as I am very happy with quality.

I bought this toaster to match my Bosch Tassimo and they look very smart together. The toaster is light weight and has all the usual functions. Toasts the bread nice and evenly. The only one slight negative is that most toastie loaves fit OK, but the odd brand is just slightly big and the crust sticks up a little bit (cut off the top crust and it's a perfect fit). Having said that,it still toasts the bread to the top, but leaves the top a bit lighter. In my view it's not enough to knock off one star as, other brand toasters I've had in the past few years have been smaller.

It's excellent and just what I was looking for - a simple, powerful, sturdy toaster, but with some useful bells and whistles (the warming rack for buns and croissants, the extra wide slots, cold bread and frozen bread toasting options, and the stop/cancel button). It never gets scalding hot on the sides. Packaged store-bough bread needs a slightly lower setting of 2 for a golden toast (and not 3-4 as the instructions suggest). Looks a bit bulky, but it's not a wallflower.

Bought this as a replacement for another brand that was causing me grief. I'm glad to say that the Bosch unit works a treat and I wish I had gone with it in the first place! I guess a few extra pounds will get you a higher quality product. I'm not sure what others are saying about the slots being too small as i've managed to easily fit the largest and thickest store bought slices in with no problems.

Nice looking toaster. It is a good match to my Bosch kettle (Bosch TWK86103GB Styline Sensor Kettle, 1.5 L - Black) eventhough they are not in the same range.This is only a two-slice toaster so may be a bit small for big families.There is a pop-up toast rack and the crumbs can be easily emptied using the slide out tray.

Looks really good and pleased with the purchase - it is nice and compact. However, it tends to do one side of the 'toast' slightly more than the other - but all the toasters we have had in the past performed the same. I would recommend it to other people - although it would be nicer if the 'slot space' was a little bigger.

Ordinary small appliances differ so much in price and I kinda thought its more for the design than for the function. this one has a sensible price and does a sensible job. i freeze my bread but i cannot use the toast from frozen setting coz it would burn. setting 3 will gives me golden finish. Happy with my purchase.

Looks smart in the kitchen matching my Brabantia items.Wish the bread opening was a bit wider as a tight fit for some loaves when making toasted sandwiches.Toasts perfectly.As I have a cream kitchen and worktops would have preferred white or cream cable rather than black.So unplug it after use and hide the cable.

My old faithful toaster gave up just after Christmas. I wanted a cream coloured toaster & this model had good reviews. Arrived quickly, well packaged. Works fine. Toasts evenly. The dial to change the toast setting seems fragile, so set it & leave it. Not the most solid toaster but so far, so good.

I've had the toaster now for several months and it does it's job well and it has exceeded my expectations tremendously. It looks light and kind of cheap in the picture, but I was surprised at how much more durable it is in real life. It's definitely a good toaster for the money.

Compact and clever, especially for the price. The only problem is toasting larger slices of bread, as the slots are quite small. But this can be easy rectified by putting in the bread slimmer side down, and then turning it to toast the other side. Happy to recommend.

Glad I chose the Bosch. Use it for toasted cheese sandwiches in a toastie bag. My old toaster used to burn the outside and the cheese would not be melted. Magic Bosch toaster does not burn the outside and cheese is completely melted. Great compact toaster.

This very neat stylish toaster will compliment your kitchen with looks alone, add to that simple controls and a bagel warmer, but the proof is how good is it at toasting. very good is the answer with a nice even browning on both thick or thin bread.
