Product was delivered promptly. However, the umbrella was bent from tip to handle, and the handle itself has a large crack in it. Only the awkward shape of the item stopped me from returning it. It still works ok, so I will continue to use it.

it is broke with one use, one of the wires, came apart... the button also fell off and the speed in which the unbrella goes up is so slow.
