These make putting the bike racks on the roof bars so simple. Rather than faffing around with the large u-clips these just slide on the roof bars very easily. In my case the roof bars I had were too large (in profile) for the standard u-clips that come with the bike rack. The new roof bars I got were a large aero type. These t-track adapters make adding the bike carrier really simple, it just slide along the roof bar channel and clips down. I'd recommend these even if the u-clip fits.

Bought these t nuts to mount my Thule cycle carriers into the Thule cross bars, rather than use the clamps that came with them and would scratch the cross bars. Very easy to fit and simple to use, far superior to the clamps. They are quite expensive, but I do feel the price is worth it.

Super fast delivery,Only down side was that the bolts don’t fit early Thule star nuts so you need to order those separately if using with older Thule accessories eg bike racks/ski racks due to the thread pitch

I made a mistake and ordered the shorter bolts. I contacted the seller and he sorted it all out no problems. I now have the longer bolts and working great.

Ideal to convert my Thule bike carrier to T slot roof bars. Took 10 mins for two carriers and they are fitted to the car in 5 mins. Brilliant system.

Use them with the aero bars for an Audi A4 Avant. Do exactly what they say on the tin and seem to be sufficiently robust.

Great method for fitting Thule bike racks and a Halfords roof box into VW roof bars. Very easy to use.

Did the trick for converting the bike racks to fit a thule edge bar, but expensive for what they are.

Good quality would be nice if they came with metric fine nuts too especially for the price you pay

Very expensive for what is essentially a pack of bolts. But does the job.
