It keeps me good and warm on the way in and out to work and going walking. The jacket is very light and breathable...never feel that its bulky or that I might sweat in it.Good warm jacket (temperatures here don't go lower than -5 degrees Celsius) but I tend to get cold easily.The outer material is soft to the touch and light, but means that it is not particularly robust...I avoid wearing it to go out to bring in logs for the fire for fear that the logs might rip the jacket.As others may have mentioned, you do get some feathers popping through the seams, but it's not very many and not an issue for me at all.A chord around the hood edge would be a nice addition as in the wind it is hard to keep

I appreciate this jacket has had variable reviews. The version I have has no hood and 800 weight down.It's excellent, I did coat it with spray-on NIKWAX and it has stood up to the Welsh winter so far. Very warm and does compact pretty well. I also have a mountain hardware ghost whisperer, that is more expensive although lighter. I use the North Face more!

Great jacket, very light and warm, perfect for colder or windier days. The green color combination is awesome. Didn’t have any issues with the filling coming out so far, hopefully won’t in the future. I usually wear M, but this jacket is perfect in S for me. Would recommend a size smaller. Was a great buy.

This is a very high standard warm and light weight down jacket from The North Face brand. It is very fashionable jacket that you can wear in a cold weather and since it is very thin and light it is very comfortable. The black color is suitable also for wearing in the evening.

Excellent product, nice fit and warm with only a t shirt underneath.I find with north face products you always have to get a size smaller for a good fit, hence I ordered medium instead of large.Very happy with this product overall

Great jacket. Keeps me nice and warm in the cold but when it’s mild it doesn’t make me too hot. Great quality there are a few feathers that come out but not ridiculously like some people have commented. Definitely worth the money

Love this product but I am a sucker when it comes to north face gear. Very light weight, comfy an d warm. Can't go wrong buying this coat and for north face it's a great price

Great coat really comfortable only annoyance with the product is thst feathers that are used in the coat seem to come out allot through the stiching

Purchased this for my fussy 15 year old son. Very warm coat despite its thinner appearance. True to size. He loves it!

A bit thinner than I was expecting but still keeping me warm on these winter days. Super comfortable and fits perfect.

Fits great only I expected it to be Matt like on the foto it's a bit shiny. But overall great jacket and fast delivery
