Superb jacket and managed to get this discounted to less than half the price quoted in some of the retail outfitters. Be aware that this is just the outer shell layer. This was perfectly suitable for what I want it for but if you want the fleece inner option then you will need to purchase the relevant fleece separately. This clips and zips to the inner of the outer shell, and although I haven't tested it, I think the added fleece may be overkill for warmth in the UK or Ireland.

I have only good experience with this jacket. I have used it in Arctic Norway, southern Argentina/Patagonia and Austria alps to hike. I had some really bad torrential rain and this is my go-to jacket when I go hiking. It has good ventilation. Keeps you warm as it is not only shell but has inner layer as well.

I bought the jacket because it is a classic style piece with a lot of quality: light, well lined and comfortable to wear. Being able to be dressed with a 100 or 200gm2 polar lining is a very advantageous option for me. Promises to last ...

Material, very comfortable to wear. It is a pity that there is no inner pocket. The size is just right for me with a chest measurement of 98cm.

Great in goretex, but overall great. Small size is too big for body size of 168㎝60kg.
