the game, i my view, is fantastic, with puzzles to test the mind in many different ways, some easy and some horrifically hard, theres always the hint option if you get stuck. it remains true to the story, with only the slightest of changes but they can be forgiven, as they are only very small details. the fights against the police and the misterious monks, althought fairly easy, are fun to do and watch. the only problem i can see is that the game only has a small range of people it may appeal to, those who like stratagies etc. by over all a great game that will have you straining the brain cells for hours on end. well worth the buy. enjoy

Loved the book and the movie - so the game was a must.My wife and I played this for hours - there is so much to do, puzzles, fighting, clue-hunting. Almost something for everyone.You do need to keep a pencil and paper handy to write a few clues from time to time but they are all available on screen. And the save points are only in certain places - but usually just after a hard section or solved puzzle.Kind of follows the plot of the book/film but is different in many ways. This is a great game and we loved playing it.

I didn't quite know what to expect from this game. I was really surprised as I could hardly put down the controller! I haven't read the book or seen the film but the game looked interesting so I bought it. The graphics are very good, albeit a tad glitchy in places, the music was nice and added to the atmosphere and the storyline and voice acting was good too. I enjoyed the battles and the puzzles were varied. You really didn't know if you were going to get a hard one or an easy one. I'm very glad I bought this game!

The game itself is very good with complex, mind boggling puzzles and some quite well maintained suspence and action. The graphical scenery is stunning when outside Westminster Abby or inside the Lovre.The special action sequences are good for people like me who don't like getting stuck on them and are quite challenging.The game is a bit glitchy at times and a lot of the puzzle solving is looking back at past facts or clues, which can take a long timeOverall: A (visually) good, challenging game.

I had reservations about buying this game after mixed reviews of the film, but I'm glad I did! I watched the film first, and it mirrors the story; the graphics are great and the scenes look just like the film. It's worth entering the cheat cods first so you can choose which level to play, and you don't have to finish one before going onto another. the only downside is the characters don't look like Tom Hanks or Audrey Tatou.Highly recommended.

This game is very difficult. It has lots of hard puzzles.The only way you can really complete this game is with a walkthrough.If you're a fan of action video games, then don't buy it. If you like puzzles and that sort of thing well then buy it. I've playeed worse games but this ranks in the middle of my ratings.

I only played it for a few minutes due to my poor PS2 controller skills but I seemed to like it.My husband actually critised the game but I totally disagreed with him.However, I'd prefer solving the anagram to fighting the guards because the PS2 controller is useless unlike Wii Mote.

The game is much better than the film, hence the title for this review. There is a lot to do in the game, it is not just a point and click. I would recommend buying the book as this will help set the scene and make sense of what happens as well as giving prompts to help.
