I have used XYZ 3d printer for 2.5 yrs I use a 3in1 xyz pro it scans laser and prints . this one the mix jr 2 is no good I wouldn't buy it after trying to print with it for two days all it did was make birds nests out of the filaments each time you have to calibrate the bed its a good job is dose this for you.i have had to return mine because it would print and then the power adapter stopped working .I wouldn't buy another one . but Amazon have been a great help in returning this item next day pick up. thank you amazon.

That it didn't work - it jammed before it had even printed anything and in trying to clear the jam, following the instructions available on the web site, a broken fan was also found. This was a Christmas present and was sent back by New Years Eve - it was so disappointing. Support may have been hampered by Christmas hours as more detailed instructions on how to fix it were sent after New Years Day.
