My Da Vinci Mini corrupted itself before I was able to print anything, and will now not turn on or communicate with the PC.Upon registering, installing the software and using the printer for the first time, it requests that it does a firmware update. The firmware update process froze, after which point the computer will not recognise this printer as a device, and furthermore the printer doesn't even power on properly now.I was shocked to see that other users have found the same problem with these printers. A quick google of "da vinci firmware update bricked" points to a 3D printing forum where others experienced this and hence substantiates this review.I am hence sending mine back for a refund (ebuyer).EDIT: I have since bought the XYZ Da Vinci Junior,

After two days of aggro, it finally printed something then broke down. Had to do a restore point on my computer to undo all the damage it did to my PC's setup. once you've bought a few rolls of their overpriced filament (rolls are chipped - it will only work with Xyz spools) You'll be up to the cost of a Flashforge Finder - so look out the 'Flashforge Finder' instead - I've sent mine back and have a Finder on order.

I got one of these printers from ebuyer , it went wrong so I sent it back and then got the junior, I have to say that the junior is a far better machinedon't waist your money on this one.

I had the previous model. First thing I printed was a chip resetter that allowed me to use anyone's filament. I've now moved upwards to a Formlabs and donated my old printer to a school.
