All I ever hear about this game is how amazing it was. I've even met people who state Battle for Bikini Bottom can give Super Mario 64 and Banjo Kazooie a run for their money. I was skeptical of such praise but once I found a good deal, I figured I snatch it up.To my surprise, this game lives up to those claims. Battle for Bikini Bottom turned out to be promising game. The graphic are great for its time and it captures the look and feel of the show quite nicely. You select up to three characters (Spongebob, Patrick, and Sandy), all of which have their own abilities and weapons. The world is vast, taking stage ideas from various locations from the show; my personal favorite being Rock Bottom.

I bought this game for my 6 year old, he has been begging for a SpongeBob game for a while now. I gave it four stars over all only because it was a little tough starting for him. BUT he has quickly figured it all out and after just a few days of playing he has gotten several things unlocked and still has much more to go. He has thanked me a million times for this game. :)Plus....it's cute just to watch him play. Lol.**Update** It's now May 3rd, 2012 and my son is seriously addicted to this game. I had to set up rules about how long and how many times a day he could play. Even though he has been playing it as much as absolutely possible, he isn't even close to done with it!I love all the levels,

Spongebob has been a fan of mine for years! I have simply adored the video games for quite some time, and now I have just bought this game. I have not played a game like this in such a long time, and I'm elated to find this game because it has everything to do! Literally, you can go anywhere you want if you have a specific amount of spatulas, golden spatulas. You can smash thing, you have bubble powers, and you even slide with your tongue. You play as Spongebob, Patrick, and Sandy. The robot boss's are characters you would never guess. Especially the first boss in jellyfish fields. Hint: not a robot, but fair to beat. I totally recommend this game to anyone who wants to have fun!

This game when I was a kid, was a b****, and even at 18 years old, this game is still a challenge, which is the reason I probably still remember and love it.My sister and I played it when we were kids, and we both had the biggest smiles on the our faces when we first popped this in. She's actually played more than me!I would like to think the developers made the game tough is because they hate kids and they want to see them suffer.

This game is one I owned from my childhood (and used to rent as much as possible from the video store!). The version I owned was for Nintendo Gamecube but I use my PlayStation gaming systems a lot more nowadays so I got it for that and it's just as I remembered if not better. Thank you for helping me re-live a bit of my childhood! Also looking forward to the re-make of this game for PS4/Xbox 1 coming out later this year. Cheers!

This game is so amazing. If you like 3D Platformers, or if you just like Spongebob, this is the game for you.This game has so much faith to the source material, the music is amazing, and the gameplay is so solid and fun.Small thing, if you have watched the show, you will notice Mr. Krabs And Mermaid Man have different voices. But it’s not too much of a big deal.Overall this game is amazing and I’d highly recommend it.

I loved this game when I had it years ago. So, I ordered it again. Nowhere in the description was it mentioned that this would be in the European "PAL" format instead of the US "NTSC" format. This means that my PS2 cannot play this game. This is twice this has happened and I was careful this time to make sure the photo showed the US version. It was not. So frustrating when you are mislead.

This game has it all. It's good length, good graphics, great music, and has the humor one would expect from classic SpongeBob.The only downside is that Mr. Krabs and I think Mermaid Man don't have the original voice actors. The replacements do an alright job though.Get this game if you are looking for a fun platformer and/or a nostalgia trip. Many episodes are referenced in this game.

Just as good as I remember. Battle for Bikini Bottom will always hold a special place in my heart, mainly due to the fact that it played a significant part in my childhood memories. If you are hesitant when it comes to purchasing this game, don't be. THQ did a fantastic job here, and I just wished someone would have continued making Spongebob games like this.

The Battle for Bikini Bottom is a great and fun experience to play through with nearly every aspect of the show showcased aside from a few different voices used for the characters. Besides this minor thing this game is very enjoyable with you switching roles between the nimble Sponge Bob, powerful Patrick, and athletic and aerodynamic Sandy.

I know its more my fault then anything, but i bought this game not knowing that the sellers are out of the UK, so now i cant play it on my american tv and ps2. Thats okay thought cause otherwise, the game came in great condition and was very cheap, so i can recommend these guys as long as you live in Europe.

I bought this game as a gift for my little sisters. They were very pleased with this game, as it was a lot of fun. I had been searching for this game in stores for a long time to no avail. The game shipped fairly quickly to me and it was a brand new one. It worked seamlessly in our PS2. Awesome buy!

This is one of my favorite platformers from my childhood.A great buy for any sponge bob fan or any platforming game enthusiast.This was one of nicks best games back in the day, Im looking forward to checking out the 2nd one based of the movie.

Even as an adult, the charming personality of this game make it a favorite to me. Never once have I thought that this game was bland or that the levels are repetitive. The game is fun, innocent, and as cool as a Spongebob game possibly can be!

This game made my son quite ecstatic when he received it for his birthday. It was fun, but it quickly got too difficult for him. He is 5, but quite intelligent and a whiz at most games. This is more like a game for children age 11.
