These are my 5th pair of Teva's and I just LOVE TEVA's. I've had one of my pairs for 3 years and while they've started to fray, they're still completely usable. When they fray, I take a lighter and melt down the material - be very careful but this does work and stop some of the fraying. These ones are made of a different material though so I don't think they'll fray like some of my others.I get so many compliments on all of the sandals. I particularly love the black because they're easy to pair with anything. I bought these specifically because I was going on a cruise down the coast of Croatia and I wore them everywhere - for hiking the coast, for walking the cobblestone streets,

I was a bit worried I would not like these, But I must say after I got them and was wearing them around the house , It was as if I had no Shoes on. These shoes you do not have to break in at all. How can you not love that.The true test was when I wore them to Sliding Rock North Carolina for the day. Had no problems wearing them into the water and they had great traction on the wet rocks. And I walked about 4 miles that day with no issues what so ever with these shoes. I will be buying these again soon.I must say I had purchased another well know brand of water shoes, but sent them back , every time I would take a step with them I felt like I had 10LB shoes on,

I wanted to get some cute sandals for summer travels around Asia where I'm going to be walking a lot and on the beach/getting off boats etc so need basically comfortable flip flops that won't fall off or fall apart. I love these Teva's so far! I am usually an 8 but sized down to a 7 as the straps on the 8's were a little loose and there was a lot of room in the front which I don't like. These are really comfortable and I don't have to grab my toes like flip flops! They're also cheaper, lighter and cuter than Chacos - so win win!The only negative I have on these is that I tried to go hiking in them the other day (which they seem to market as hiking sandals)

At first I thought they looked a little too simple...bordering on cheap, but after a year and a half of wearing these, I'm totally sold. I have worn these so much, I've almost worn them out (but not really... they still have a lot of wear in them). I bought these for Bonnaroo 2014, and I've worn them everywhere since then. They are comfortable, easy to put on and keep on, and have the flip-flop top part that I love. I live in Colorado, so they see a lot of activity... we walk and ride our bikes everywhere, and I've even hiked in them and jumped off of a 40 ft rock into Phelps Lake at Grand Teton in them (I don't like touching the bottom of lakes. Ew.)

I absolutely love these sandals. I bought a white pair that had red and black straps last year. I got my regular size of 7M. They were perfect in length and width, but they still hurt between my toes when I wore them. The toe post seemed to be too far back, making my foot sit to far towards the back of the shoe. So this year I ordered a pair in a size 8M. They are a tad bit long (not noticeably so) but they feel much better than the 7. The ankle strap fits my slim ankles better too. I have slightly narrow feet. I got compliments the first time I wore the size 8M. One person even asked me where I got my shoes?! These sandals are comfortable and look really cute! (Especially when my pedicure is on point.?)

I’ve had these shoes a couple months now, I ordered them for in upcoming beach vacation as I wanted a pair of sandals that would hold up in and out of the water. These definitely were everything I was looking for in a shoe for a trip like that! I never took them off at the beach, they did well in and out of the water and didn’t feel heavy on my feet- and after a long day at the beach the sand rinsed right off! They looked cute with just about everything since I am a mom and I kept it casual during our vacation. I brought other shoes but I only wore these,and next year I’ll save the room and just wear my Tevas! It did take a week or 2 to break them in, but I have an atypical way of walking so I ordered with this time frame in mind.

Love them! I wasn’t sure I would, but they are perfect. So comfortable and much cuter than the regular sandal style. I ordered both styles and much prefer the flip flop style for style AND comfort. The regular style rubbed my pinky toe really badly. The flip flop style does not rub anywhere. The ankle strap is comfortable and fits fine (not too tight as some reviewers reported). I have very average size and shaped feet/ankles. It’s fine for me. I usually wear a 7.5. I went with the 7. I think the 8 would have been too loose across the top of my foot. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because my pinky toes are very close to the sides and my heals are very close to the end.

I really love these shoes! They were highly recommended by a few friends of mine. So far I've used them on a camping trip at a lake, and on a hike to a waterfall. I would not recommend using them as hiking shoes, but they worked for me. The only downside is the ankle strap, it kept pushing my foot off the back of the shoe. I fixed this by switching the straps around so they fasten in the front. Since doing that I haven't had any issues with the fit. I am also planning a two week trip to Thailand in December and I will definitely be taking these with me. I typically wear a 7-7.5 depending on the brand and style and the size 7 fit me perfectly.

6 month review: These are still my go to sandels. I could wash them up and they would look brand new.These sandals have been way more comfortable than I expected. The soles have a nice grip, no slipping. The bottoms are the same, great athletic sandals. The toe strap is actually a little loose and I thought that would bother me at first but it hasn’t. The ankle strap, a big disappointment to many others, is perfect! I can tighten it up if I want the sandal more secure or let it out for a relaxed fit like when I’m driving. I wear a 7.5 in most shoes so I ordered an 8. I think I would feel better in a size 7 but totally happy with this 8.

Worth every penny!! I bought these for a trip to Haiti where I would be walking through gravel, rocky terrain, hills, rivers, etc.I didn't want bulky hiking shoes as it would also be super hot outside. I did some research and chose these Tevas. Best decision!I have since worn them to the lake, hiking, walking around theme parks, and all kinds of places.I love them because they're lightweight, waterproof, stay secure with the ankle strap, and no matter how many times they've been submerged in water- they dry quickly and don't have any funky smell afterwards.I actually lost my original pair on a trip, and will be buying another pair.

I thought these were so cute on, but sadly they didn’t work for my feet. Quality was great! They were light weight too. I would still recommend them to others to try because everyone’s fit are made different. Just didn’t work for me, so I had to return them.If you are looking for a hiking/beach/outdoor shoe that is cute and want fall off, these might be for you. I’m a size 8. Ordered a size 8. I thought they fit true to size, but the piece between the toes on my right foot bugged me. It might be because my right foot is a tiny bit bigger then my left foot.

This was a last minute purchase that I was hoping would fit. They were delivered the day before I was to leave for my vacation, so at that point an exchange for a different size was not an option. To my delight and relief this sandal was perfect. The fit and comfort level is amazing. These are pretty true to size. All that aside they are super cute and the ankle strap gives a feminine touch to what would otherwise be a boring flip flop. Even though I bought these specifically for a rafting trip I find that I look to wear them now that I am back home.

needed some beach/water/walk friendly sandals for our Hawaii vac - these tevas fit the bill perfectly. i typically wear size 8.5-9 depending on style/brand - these size 9 tevas fit great - perfect amount of room between end of shoe and top of my toes. reviewers who commented on tightness/low position of the ankle strap - i get it - but if you truly have slim ankles/not a super high in-step, the straps shouldn't bother you at all - the lower position actually feels fine to me and looks more complimentary imo. so glad i took a chance and ordered these.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Mexico. I was nervous about wearing them for the first time to hike, snorkel, swim, etc... in Mexico. I didn't need to be worried! They were fantastic! Comfortable to walk in and worked really well for all my activities. I read the reviews on here before I bought them and people had mentioned that they were a little small so I ordered them a 1/2 size big. I should not have done that! They ended up being slightly too big for me. They still worked but next time I would order my exact, normal size.

Very comfy foot bed. Size was "true to size". My problem is I have thin feet. Not necessarily narrow in the forefoot but my feet are not very "thick". The front straps are slightly loose on my feet. These will be great for walking but probably not secure enough or have a firm enough footbed for any type of hiking. Love the more narrow footbed for my little feet! As for the ankle strap it's PLENTY big on my small feet and ankles. I was planning on returning these but they are comfy and I love the look so they are keepers!
