All parts fit incredibly well, there were very few mould lines and instructions are clear.The only two parts that didnt fit perfectly were the cargo bay doors, really didnt take too much to make them close nicely.It did take a bit of figuring to paint the front and a lot of neat masking but ive got incredibly good results and am very happy with the end product.Also, its cool that the model has a lot of choices for decals depending on which shuttle you want.

As with all Tamiya models, this one has a lot of detail, you can build any one of the 6 shuttles that were manufactured by NASA. Ranging from early models, Enterprise to the final production of the shuttle Endeavor. It is a truly excellent model. As far as delivery it arrived before the due date with no problems or damage to the packing. Well worth purchasing if you are looking for a well detailed model of the Space Shuttle.

I haven't built this yet. I'm saving it for the winter but I have looked hard at the parts. They appear to be moulded very well with a high level of detail in them. From experience I am happy that this is a quality kit and I'm looking forward to building it.
