As this is listed as a toy my review is perhaps not that relevant.Rather though this is a hobbyist's purchase, once it's built and painted it looks fantastic. But it is more for looking at and enjoying rather than playing with.Make sure you look at the images so you can get an idea of what you're getting. You get the option of 2 versions one the artillery gun the other the flak gun (I can't remember the difference). There is a motorcycle included (at least there was with mine)If you're a keen modeler get one you'll enjoy itOne final observation, there are 2, 1 star reviews; make your own mind up on these. However you are only supposed to review a product once this a blatant disregard of this protocol,

A well detaild model and fun to build with only a couple of things to mention. I had to adjust the attching runner of the Cannon to actually slot into its correct position. Fiddly is the back gear to rais and lower the cannon, difficult to hold in place whilst fixing cannon to fame, Otherwise great value for the contents.Quick and sound delivery, was above expectations and would purchase again.Enclosed 3 photos of the Diarahma I built for it.

I made my first Major League modellers error...I ordered this, only to then realise when it arrived, that I already have one in my stash. Oh well Oops, dont tell the Mrs!Anyway review time:Service provided: Fast and Flawless.Pro'sIt's Tamiya, Great quality and sooo many parts, including those small refuelling hoses..overall should be a good build.Con'sAs you all know, Glue and Paints are NOT included! keep on wishing they were. ??

This kit might be as old as the hills but I thought it excellent. Superb detail and lots of extras. The figures let it down somewhat, needing quite a bit of preparation but still looked pretty good.The first 'big' kit I've built in a very, very long time. Bought the Eduard PE set and it took a lot of concentration (a few errors too) to build but I'm delighted with how it turned out.At this price it is an absolute steal.

as you would expect there are lots of fiddly bits in this kit, tamiya did not do a great job on the mouldings and many of the parts have lots of flashing to clean off.for the price the kit is good value at around the £19 mark as aside from the gun which can be built with plenty of changeable options, theres also the motorbike and rider plus the gun crew. overall well worth £19

An old kit but very well articulated with lots of movements & alternate set ups (great for dioramas). The little motorbike is great & a thoughtful extra. The crew are well modelled & realistic particularly the officer. All in all a great kit & very good value. I look forward to buying the 'Famo' to tow it.

A lot of model for the price. Comes with several figures (3 loaders, range finder, aimer, firer, fuse setter, leader a motorcycle and rider. The gun can be built in fixed mode or on the gun carraige (it was actually fired in both modes)The kit also comes with shells and ammo boxes - really good kit.

this model was the one to have in the seventies but it was quite expensive especially if you bought the prime mover with it.but i think i paid as much for this 88 as i did back then i think it is still a well made pretty robust model. not like a lot of other makes today.

Not too many minutely detailed parts which places it nicely within my skill level. Beautifully sculpted figures in a variety of poses which provides plenty of opportunity to feature the gun within a diorama setting. All in all a truly outstanding kit.

Bought in order to complete diorama, still in box but excellent detail on kit and having seen other kits made up I’m looking forward to building it. If you get the chance it’s a lot well worth having in your collection.

Good kit,good detail and moving parts.The usual tamyia quality with good instructions.This kits so good I'm gonna buy another to make a diorama.88mm gun,2bogies,8 soldiers and a motorbike with rider.VERY IMPRESSED

A very old kit launched in the mid seventies, may be a bit challenging for a beginner. I loved the kit, loads of different things to put together and paint. Highly entertaining and a lot of bang for your money.

A vary well detailed kit as always from Tamiya.Kit includes Main Gun, Transportation Wheels, Gun loading crew 8 figures, Motor cycle and out-rider. A great kit to make a diorama setting.

Tamiya speaks for itself, hasSome small parts, so patience is required. Instructions are easy to follow, overall superb model and looks really well when painted up. Thanks Amazon.?

I have wanted to this build this model for a very long timenow I have to sit down and build it, and add 1 or 2 too moremodel`s to make it look good and a good base too.
