Very nice product. Is of better quality than i would have thought, for the price. Cant see why you would need anything more for the job, fits securely to my thule bars. Only thing i can complain about is i wasn't sure if the clamp that fits to frame would wear into frame as its plastic, so i stuck a rag round frame first just to be safe. Considering how much a brand name version of these costs i dont really see the point of paying extra when this works perfectly.

These are very good for the money.. Held bike on very securely and easy to fit. Would definatly recomend them to a friend. Did a proper test with them on the car ,emergency stop and fast cornering and they didnt budge. I believe that anyone commenting in a review that these are lose fitting arnt fitting them correctly.

I have had these on 2 cars for 3 different bikes they have been used to carry bikes over 100 mile round trips, Since buying them with my ex in 2004 they have lasted longer than she did.

Only problem now is we've a taller car so we have to take a small step ladder with us to get our bikes on roof! We are shortenhausens.

Easy to assemble, good quality parts and fast delivery. It comes with loads of mounting choices, I have put 3 in alternate directions.
