These are excellent, professional level pans, and in my experience give equally good results on gas and induction hobs. They hold their heat well, cook evenly and efficiently and stay non-stick for as long as you use them as instructed. The removable handles are brilliant for washing and drying the pan more easily. Plus they rarely need to go in the dishwasher as food remains just fall off in water.The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is the weight (which makes them difficult for the frail or elderly) and the price, but like everything else, you get what you pay for. Also, no lid: but this is a minor quibble. The pans are standard size and my other pan lids fitted them fine.

What a disappointment. After 3 months of very little use, the surface just peeled off. We have not used any metal tools, we have cooked with oil and cleaned it carefully. For this price I would have expected something else....I contacted the manufacturer and they told me they had a problem with that production batch. They were very apologising and sent me immediately a new pan. I have not yet tried it, but I am happy on how they handled the situation. Therefore 4 stars now.

Not scratched at all in the 2 years I've had it!Non-stick coating still on the pan with regular use.Cook with silicone/plastic/wooden not metal objects with this pan and it will last for what seems like is going to be forever!Very heavy, which I feel is a positive; sturdy; long-lasting. Worth the money!

for a used product this was excellent, original packaging, not a mark on pan, always buy SKK products therefore this was excellent value for money

Absolutely top of a range. The only minus is is a weight but it's worth it.

No distortion of base unlike cheaper pans. Good Non Stick performance.
