I've had the pan's for a few months now, and they been have used several times a week since then, and I can say, without doubt, they are the best non stick pan's I've ever purchased, we have the smallest size, and the largest pan, which is a good size for general cooking, the pans give a very good even heat, so you don't get thing's cooking quicker in the centre of the pan compared to the rest of the pan, take note, these pans take a little longer to get warm, this is because of the thickness of the pans, so allow the pan to heat up before putting certain foods in pan to cook, very easy to clean, very good quality,

Edit: 4 months on, and despite being used pretty much every single day, the pan still looks as good as new. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.I've used Tefal pans for years, but the non-stick coatings aren't always the best. This pan had a great review from BBC Good Food and Good Housekeeping so I thought I'd spend a bit more and give it a shot. First impressions are excellent. It's got a great weight to it, but easy to handle. The coating seemed really odd as I'm used to a smooth surface, but worked a treat. Cleaned up perfectly from scrambled eggs, ratatouille, and made frying eggs a treat. Highly recommended.

I bought this pan to replace an existing which the coating ceased to be non-stick, and although it is not smooth it is non- stick. It states you can use metal tools but I haven't as I have alternatives. It also states it can be used in the oven up to 180 centigrade I haven't tried that yet. It has been used by the family for about 2 months and lived up to expectations so far and based upon that I would buy it again. Easy to wipe clean even after melted cheese has been prepared and when washed even after onions and fish does not smell of the previous use. The construction is more solid than our previous pan

I thought it was a joke to cook egg without oil, but actually I can do it with this pan. Quite surprised! It’s quite a heavy but sturdy pan (need to carry it by 2 hands). Btw, still enjoy the frying with this pan at the moment.Update: After few weeks, I realised that this pan doesn’t heat up fast. It took literally about at least 5 minutes to be warm enough to start cooking. Good thing is I don’t have to worry of burning my food like with Tefal. Bad thing is if I need sth to be cooked quickly, it would not be my choice.

I have been looking for a genuinely non stick frying pan for a long time, always to be disappointed up to now. The non stick surface on this pan is great. It has passed the ultimate test, frying eggs and bacon without any fat or oil at all. When cooked, they lifted out of the pan leaving no residue. Excellent product. It could do with a handle with a higher heat resistance, for oven use. A lid would be great, but as you can fry without oil, there is nothing to spit out. Washes clean without having to use a scourer.

I have had this pan for over a month, it is great for all types of cooking, from bacon and eggs to making a chilli, nothing sticks to it.I have just now made an omelette for the 1st time, the pan was far to hot but I poured the beaten egg in added cheese folded it over and when it was ready just slid it onto a plate, didn't even need a slice to get it out, and the pan looked like it had been washed up not a trace of the food on it.Will buy a spare when I have some extra cash

The Zyliss frying pan is an amazing nonstick pan. The pan appears to be made from one solid material and hasn’t got a visible nonstick coating. The finish on the pan is far more resilient than the nonstick film on some black or copper style pans which eventually breaks down when using metal utensils or when washed in the dishwasher.The only negative is that the handle is not riveted to the pan. The handle is screwed into place ... But what do you expect for the money!

For the price this is amazing. It is not a good looking pan but very functional. It replaces a frankly incredibly disappointing Le Crueset pan of the same size and outperforms it with ease.Being aluminium it transfers the heat well and I have always been turning down the gas to use it in comparison to my steel or copper pans but if you simply want a pan for cooking and not for show, this thing is great.

I was a little sceptical about all the positive reviews as I’ve been disappointed with the durability of non stick pans in the past. This, however, genuinely works amazingly. If you want, you really can avoid the use of cooking oil as the non stick coating really does exactly what it says. I use a little oil just to enhance the flavour but that’s just my preference. 5 star product.

So far this has proved excellent. Perfect non-stickiness and easy to clean. Done eggs, bacon and stir fry so far.I should add that the first attempted delivery broke the handle as the delivery box was way too flat. Pretty obvious mistake. Second delivery, of he handle was poking out the end of the box, so no credit to the Amazon distribution centre!!It the product is great.

I love this frying pan!! Never bothered to spend more than £20 before on a frying pan, so I took a risk with this. However, the quality of it is absolutely brilliant. I cooked some chicken thigh fillets in it and used no oil. It did not stick at all.I love the fact that it is dishwasher safe. Its not too heavy, but its a decent size. Very happy with this

Really nice product to cook with. Good weight and heat distribution. I am the main cook in our house and I can't believe I put up with my old heavy duty pans for so long. Unlike other reviewers I found that it heats up quickly on my induction hob. Cooks with minimal or no oil and sooooo easy to clean. Fingers crossed they will last.

Best non stick pan I’ve ever used. We only use it for pancakes as we want it to last forever - which we think it will. The non stick is amazing and only requires running under a warm tap to clean. Look after the surface and it should last a lifetime. Better than other named products out there.

wow! I love this!! Upgraded after our old one held onto fried eggs like super glue! After many a ruined fry up, agreed to get a new one and this has been amazing. Fried eggs now slide around this pan like bambi on ice. Cooked perfectly. Easy to clean. Heavy pan but not overly so.

If you're used to nringing up to temperature while cooking, as I was, this pan is not for you. This pan works best when brought to cook temperature before you add anything to the surface. Then it's a breeze and wipes clean with a dry cloth or paper towel. Love it. No oil needed.
