This is without doubt the best frying pan you can buy. I replaced my old SGG pan only because I needed one to use on my new industion hob. The removable handle detaches in an instant, one handed, for oven cooking. The non stick material seems impervious to any sort of utensil I use and has lasted 14 years on my old one without any sign of wear or detaching coupled with even heat over all the base. They are German made and not that popular in the UK, perhaps because of the price, but Le Creuset is also expensive and in my opinion this pan beats leCreset frying pans of which I also have.

Absolutely fantastic - expensive but you get what you pay for and you get a lot with this.
