This has to be the best pan we have bought. Nothing sticks. It's easy to clean and I don't find it too heavy to lift. I haven't removed the handle (as yet) to use the pan in the oven but knowing this is an option is the reason why we purchased this brand.The service from this supplier - KochForm was excellent. The goods came direct from German but were with us in a few days.We recommend these pans to anyone who loves to cook.

Excellent non-stick frying pan. On the heavy side but that is to be expected. Does work on an induction hob.
