Replaced our non-stick frying pan with this one, on the assumption it would be better for our health. Looked at a lot, but chose this one partly because the handle ‘fixings’ are all on the outside, leaving the inside with a smooth surface that I thought would be easier to clean. Was concerned it might be difficult to clean generally, but in fact it’s no harder than the non-stick one. Haven’t put it in the dishwasher, but haven’t needed to. Did season the pan before use - don’t know if that makes a difference. Would certainly recommend this pan - yes, it’s expensive but I think it’s worth paying extra for a really good pan.

This pan is just perfect for what we wanted it for... it has a great weight and can transfer from stove top to oven.Only thing to note - remember to season the pan before you use it! We didn't and after its first use it was a devil to clean. Top tip for cleaning this pan is using baking powder and water and a non-abrasive cloth... Would recommend!

Brilliant pan. A little practice needed to work out how to cook without food getting stuck to the bottom. We re all very much used using tefal but stainless steel dishes are brilliant. This pan is fantastic,will be buying more of Zwilling pots and pans.

Excellent product for perfect steaks! Non stick but that’s what I needed to seal properly and work to high temp. Bit of effort to clean but that’s to be expected. Won’t burn food unless you insist.
