Honestly, I'm just a single guy who isn't crazy about cooking, and just needed a couple good non-stick pans. I probably won't be anything other than Zwilling Marquina from now on.I bought this one because I had previously purchased a smaller one of the same series some time ago. It's served me incredibly well, so I purchased another one, this time 8" (more perogies cooking concurrently, you see). These will be great, as long as you take care of them - don't use metal utensils, and use a soft cloth to wipe them when washing your dishes.Quality is high. They're heavy, and you know what Boris the Blade says - heavy is good, heavy is reliable, and if it doesn't work, you can just hit them with it...

I am so glad to have found this 8" pan that goes with the 9.5 and the 11" set I was gifted at Christmas. These pans are amazing....I have seen a review where someone was not happy, but I have not had one problem with them...you do need to read the care instructions.....do not cook on high heat...they heat up fast and keep the heat so medium heat or less is perfect...also....do not use metal utensils on them. I find that I lower the temp more once the food is cooking so it does not burn, it does really keep the heat nicely. This pan is perfect for a nice omelet or heating leftovers you don't want to heat in the microwave. Can also be used on induction but again follow instructions.

Best nonstick pan I've used for eggs. Much smoother surface than many others that are supposed to be in the same durability class. My only beef is that the end of the handle is squared off and thick, so it doesn't fit easily over a pot hanger. Time will tell whether the surface lasts.

Arrived in next day, good quality, please be aware that the pan is really heavy.
