These are very nice cars, the level of detail is good and being able to see the driver sitting inside the car is a nice touch. The headlights and rear lights illuminate well. They're bright enough to see during the day and the effect is really good when racing them with the house lighting turned off in the evening.I only have 2 complaints. The first 'mirrors' a comment by Gareth, one of the other reviewers. The wing mirrors are far to easilly broken off. My son broke one off almost as soon as he touched the car, and he was being reasonably careful enough for a 6 year old. I've now resigned myself to the fact that the wing mirrors will all get broken off in a short while when we're racing the cars,

These cars are really good value for money in the sale. Even if they were not in the sale, I can why they would cost £80 but I wouldn't have bought them due to the battering they are going to get! The detail and quality of the cars is excellent. Real driver, aireated brake disks, working front and rear lights etc. I've fitted digital plugs and they work a treat. My only swipe is at scalextrics themselves regarding wing mirrors. I really think they need to design push fit ones that can be taken out if the customer desires. I know they are small but surely this is a possibility. No matter how careful you are, they always break off and I've lost one already!

fantastic model replicas with the added detials of the drivers helmets. I brought these for my brother in law so can't comment on how they go but they would look amaxig as a collectors item on your living room dsplay shelf or in the man cave.

Two great detailed cars with lights front and rear, and race very well too. The price was great for detailed cars never mind limited edition, a bargain, as I bought when on a special offer.

Amazing set of cars. They look brilliant, the move extremely smoothly and fast. Bought for my 14 year old son for Christmas, he loves them.
