My daughter who is ten bought this for twenty pounds with an Amazon voucher. She loves it! Everyone, grown-ups as well love this toy. Not for small kids though as it is fragile but it lasts if you are careful. a great buy, so far since we've had it we've had three guests, all of which have asked where we got it from and gone and bought themselves one.A great buy and well worth the money in my opinion. Easy to set up and put away and a great souvenir if you went to the olympics. I'd recommend to kids or adults.

I thought this would either be a bit naff or would lose it's appeal pretty quickly, but It was really nicely put together and we played with it til 4am when the recipient opened it. We've also managed to doctor the bikes to make them go a bit faster. We've had a great laugh recreating our favourite scenes from the London 2012 Velodrome!!

Great kit for that novel twist to Scalexric and the cycling geek. Love it for that silly moment of play with the kids. I bought this under the pretence that it was for my 3 kids. It is more an adult toy and who knows, kept in mint condition,will certainly be worth more then the very fair price I paid for it.

Although a little basic with the centre board, my Grandson and I had a whale of a time with the bikes whizzing round the track. Definitely a big hit with him and me. It is a little less robust than it could be, but with careful handling it is a good game and set off the giggles in our family.

Read a few reviews that were not too great but bought it anyway and it was a huge hit with my 10yr old nephew.We have had hours of fun with it !Great for cycling fans and aslo a great price and a lovely keepsake form the 2012 Olympics!

the Scaletrix cars... very easy to use and quite satisfying. The bikes go round really fast and after 24 hours the novelty is still there. Smaller than the car tracks - coffee table top size. Recommended

This s a simple oval based on the smaller scalextric format. It is easy to assemble, works well and is great fun. A lap counter would be a welcome addition bu other than that it is perfect.

Kids might get bored with this quickly nowadays, but it is a great souvenir of the 2012 Olympics. The Scalextric brand should last well and the adults enjoyed playing with it too!

Good price. The track was easy to set up and get going, once you've got used to the speed you can keep the bikes on track and have lots of fun. My grandson loved it.

Very popular withj small boys (i.e. 6 -9 yrs)And useful for competitions when friends visit. May have a collectors value whenOlympics are long forgotten!

Great fun on Xmas Day, with all ages competing. Gets kids away from going cross eyed over various screens!Parents need to set up though and supervise.

I bought 2 of these at a very reasonable price to give to my grandsons. Told them to play carefully as they might be worth good money one day.

recommend this product to all to keep the olympic spirit alive. the product is fantastic and well made and runs really fast. the kids love it
