Bought as an addition to a digital set we bought this Christmas. It's extended the length of track and more importantly, the fun for everyone! Not that impressed with the jump to be honest - a little gimmicky, and doesn't really add anything. I seem to remember someone saying that it doesn't work with digital sets, but it does, no problem. The hairpin bend has caught most of the family out, but if you have the switching tracks (in a digital set) you can switch to the outside lane which limits the impact of the hairpin - tactics! The sideswipes are interesting and add that touch of dama to the race as the tracks are set at the perfect distance - you wont get caught every time - sometimes you'll

A bit of a speculative review this, but I suspect this is going to cause no end of grief on Christmas day. My family is not naturally competitive, but there is something about Scalextric which seems to bring out the worst in everyone! The addition of this narrow section of track with side swipes allowing for vindictive overtaking manouevres and a hairpin to unsettle granny's colon might just be the straw that breaks the camel's back...Usual Scalextric high quality I have come to expect over the years.Post christmas update - a very good addition to the track! Two cars can just about get through at once but it's quite tight.

Has really improved our current set and has been a very good extension. It does not take up very much space and takes a lot of skill to master for it is possible to drift on the outside lane but harder to do so on the inside lane. We bought two for a double hairpin which means that each car has a turn on the outside track. It is quite tight so it is possible to push the other car off and definitely adds a lot more competition to any race.

I really like scalextric and more track is cool, especially with a tight hairpin to crash on!I have recked my skoda fabia rally car after two days of getting this product.I reckon if you have scalextric then this is almost essential and it should be on the national curriculum for laws of motion.

This extension pack is brilliant, I would highly recommend this as an addition to any Scalextric. The cars really do skid around the U bend and we have had hours of fun with it.

A worthwhile addition to the standard track layout. The cars can lose their back end at the right speed and drift through the tight bend, which adds to the fun.

Awesome! Can even get the cars sideways on the bends. 9 and 7 year old absolutely love the fact they can use their tablets to track the races.

What can I say, it's Scalextric track and what's in the box matches the insert picture, works with both digital and normal layouts.

This track section was excellent for completing my track with as much run space as I could get with my layout

Probably the most useful extension as it has a small turning circle enabling best use of space.

If you have a tight space to build a track this is essential. Great piece of kit.
