Sanctuary Spa Body LotionThe Sanctuary Spa Body Lotion comes in a good sized bottle, this bottle measures 20 x 5 cm, it contains 250ml of body lotion. The bottle has a nice flat base so it sits securely on a flat surfaceThis is a pump action bottle, the neck screw cap appears to be made from copper, the top mounted pump is plastic. Once the pump action is depressed it gives a good even flow of lotion.The lotion is smooth and silky, it's quite creamy in consistency with a lovely fragrance. Once applied, a little seems to go a very long way. This does feel a little greasy when it's first applied but that quickly disappears as the lotion is gradually absorbed into the skin.This leaves the skin feeling soft and silky.

I find body lotions ideal for this time of year (early autumn) when the weather is too cold for the cooling effect of gel lotions, but it isn’t quite chilly enough for thick body butters either. I always find the heavy weight of a body butter more beneficial in deep winter, when my skin tends to be drier.This is a pump action lotion bottle, which makes it very economical to apply. There is no danger of squeezing the bottle just a little bit too hard, and ending up with a handful of lotion that has to be applied, or got rid of somehow.I have generally normal skin, that doesn’t tend to be very dry.I found that this lotion took a little bit of rubbing to absorb, but it did sink into the skin eventually ,

This is exactly what a premium Body Lotion should be like. The lotion is easy to apply with the pump dispenser, allowing good control over how much is released.The lotion is smooth and creamy, and uses quality ingredients (e.g. Aloe Vera, Argan Oil etc., with Shea butter and Sesame oil for skin softening). The lotion is quickly and easily absorbed into the skin, with absolutely no feeling of topical greasiness afterwards. The skin is left feeling silky soft, with a really pleasant (but not overpowering) fragrance that subtly remains for a good amount of time.Whilst there are a number of premium body lotions around, and in the end it comes down to personal choice, this is definitely a superb quality,

I love Sanctuary Spa products, they smell amazing, they are always good value and excellent quality, this body lotion is no exception.It’s the original fragrance, which is my favourite and I like the pump delivery system, which is great when you are applying it and your hands are a bit slippery, no more dropped bottles.Unlike some body lotions the fragrance lasts ages, it left my skin feeling silky soft, no greasiness and absorbed well.The vegan friendly formula will be welcomed by many as a lot of body lotions contain ingredients that are derived from animals, which aren’t immediately obvious when looking at the packaging.It’s great value for money and easily as good as lotions that are twice

Absolutely fabulous. This moisturiser is thick to dispense, but it’s easily absorbed, light and lovely fragrance and best of all, over a couple of days, it’s really addressed dry skin on my shins. Late summer sun and after a couple of days in the garden in shorts, but not using a sun prep or moisturiser, I noticed the top layer of skin was dried out and flaking.I applied this generously and was amazed at how easily it was absorbed. Over the next couple of days the dryness disappeared and the skin felt softer and more elastic. No flakes or excessive shine, just supple skin. Excellent result and a really clean, fresh and not overpowering fragrance.

I love Sanctuary Spa products, and this is no exception. First of all, it's vegan, which is a big plus for me. It also means I can buy a few of these as stocking fillers for my vegan friends without causing offence.. Secondly, it's a nice size bottle for a very reasonable price. The product goes on smoothly, it's very gentle and makes my skin feel extra hydrated and velvety. The scent is absolutely heavenly, I never thought that argan oil or aloe vera could smell this good! I can't lie, it does give me an extra lift after a bath, and I wish I could give the scent alone more than five stars! Now I am wondering if there are any other products with this scent. Must have a look for that!

This is a really nice moisturiser, it is not heavy on the skin and has a very pleasant scent that is not strong and over powering.Once on the skin it leaves a smooth and silky feel and a little bit goes a very long way so be careful. I like the pump for dispensing the lotion it means I can have it sat on my desk next to me and I can easily and quickly apply more to my hands as required.For the price this is a lovely lotion that feels and smells nice. It is beneficial to my skin because of the aloe vera and argan oil and will also help condition my nails as well as the skin.I like this a lot and would recommend it.

Unfortunately my bottle was delivered with a broken plunge top so it was impossible to get the lotion out in the way intended. I shall transfer it to another bottle and use from there.The lotion is quite thick, white, and has the signature Sanctuary Spa fragrance which is lovely. It's easy to massage and absorb into the skin and it leaves it feeling soft with a light moisturised sheen. The fragrance is fresh and summery and lasts most of the day, but it is such a lovely scent that it's a pleasure to keep getting a subtle whiff during the day.Lovely fragrance, nicely moisturising and good value for money.

This body lotion by Sanctuary Spa is a good value and nicely presented moisturiser with Sanctuary Spa's signature fragrance. Sanctuary Spa is an ethical brand, by PZ Cussons Beauty, which is against animal testing - this Thai-made lotion contains a blend of aloe vera & argan oil along with shea butter & sesame oil and is suitable for vegans. Currently around five pounds fifty for a 250ml pump dispenser from Amazon my wife found this moisturiser to be good value-for-money and pleasantly fragranced, leaving her skin feeling refreshed and soothed after use. Five stars at the current price.

A review from the wife... This is a very effective moisturiser which leaves skin feeling soft throughout the day. I like the pump style bottle and find this very convenient. A little cream seems to go a long way so I would expect this bottle to last a long time. It has a fairly strong fragrance and I was concerned this should be overpowering throughout the day. However I have found that, although the fragrance does last for a long time, it remains unintrusive and pleasant. Overall, a good combination of effective moisturising and fragrance, I would definitely recommend.

I never have any problem reviewing Sanctuary products as they are always worth five stars as far as I am concerned. I am not a vegan so not bothered about the contents that go into this body lotion, but for those of you who are, then it is good to see so many different products on the market that cater for you.This lotion goes on smoothly, left my skin feeling soft. I have some very dry skin on my arms which is peeling off at the moment and this lotion soothes it and moisturises very well.And the best thing about it of course is that gorgeous Sanctuary smell!

The other half was surprised at the low price - she guessed that it would cost a tenner.It's not as thick as some, but this actually makes it easier to apply than the thicker ones. It's very silky and absorbs well - again this is helped by the consistency.The smell is pleasant - it's a fresh scent.Good value, good quality; there are no parabens or SLS present in the ingredients, which means that I am able to use it without suffering reactions.After using for a few days, my skin really does feel smooth and soft.

There’s nothing not to love about Sanctuary products and this cream is no exception. It comes in a 250ml pump action bottle and has the same Sanctuary signature fragrance that lasts an entire day. I moisturise my arms in the morning and can still smell the cream on my arms that evening. A little really does go a long way so it’s set to last. It’s not at all sticky but light as well as hydrating as well as smelling amazing. I highly recommend this body moisturiser.

Wow this is such a beautiful scent, it has an undercurrent of citrus & the scent really does last for hours! Leaves the skin so smooth and soft, it melts into the skin, it is light and a little goes a long way, I love a pump bottle like this one has for me it makes it easier to apply, my skin still feels super soft hours later I am guessing that's the Argan oil & aloe that is inside this very happy indeed. Will be buying for gifts for this Christmas.

I got this as a gift for my girlfriend as she loves moisturiseralthough me and her are not vegans I find it great that there are vegan options which are available out there, so choosing a vegan product is well worth it for the environment and both mine and her body product testing ethos.It feels great on the skin and definitely moisturises them well, although maybe not for the 12 hour advertised but definitely longer than a few hours.
