I bought this for light and fast days. It snaps right on the S-LAB Boxer and S-LAB Half Tight with ease. In the front pocket goes a Salomon 250ml soft flask and in the back my Google Pixel 2 with case. It held both solid without the feeling of moving/bouncing even on tempo runs and fast downhills. For reference I have a 30"/72cm waist and purchased the size 1.

belt is great for runs where a vest isn't needed. i use it for carrying keys and gels / chews. wasn't able to squeeze my 500ml soft flask in though but what fits stays snug and doesn't bounce.
