These Dynomighty wallets are a curious breed. The Tyvek material feels like paper to the touch but as advertised it is VERY tough. It can be cut with scissors but tearing it (at least by hand) I have not been able to do. The wallet comes with three pieces of Tyvek to play with so you can get an idea without damaging the wallet. It can also be written on with a pen, should you care to. The printing is of high quality and the eyes looking out at you from the inside of the wallet give it a amusement factor too. There are pockets in the ends, possibly for cards but they are too large and hence credit cards etc will fall out if placed in there. There are two pockets inside the wallet that card cannot fall out of,they are large enough to get 5-6 cards in each if needed. the end pockets can be used for paperwork perhaps - it is in fact one continuous sleeve right through the wallet so you could put something right through by opening the wallet out then folding it over by closing the wallet. The note compartment has a divider so different denominations can be kept separate. The wallet itself is very light and thin (when not stuffed with cards etc) and others have said it is waterproof too so this could be an advantage.

This wallet is incredible- its pros include being* the thinnest, lightest wallet I've ever owned that takes a dozen credit cards, and notes.* a conversation piece in itself: almost every person who has seen me with it and realised its a wallet has asked me about it. Not the best but certainly not the worst place to strike up conversation!* recyclable and made from recycled paper.* it can be written upon, which has its uses when you're out and about and need to scribble down ultra important information and want to record on something that doesn't depend on batteries [read, mobile] for information retrieval. e.g., I noted down how to get back when travelling in strange places. That said, after almost a year of use and abuse now, the wallet does look a bit worse for wear. Still a conversation piece though I'm quite self conscious when taking it out of my pocket.Furthermore, you simply have to use a coin purse (I've recycled an SD card pouch I had).Anyway, for what it's worth, I've quite enjoyed this product. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because for, what's starting to feel like a perishable product, it's not cheap enough to be replaced every year or so, in my opinion.

i have been using this wallet for myself for a while now.it has a lovely print, and fits nice and slim in my front coat pocket, not noticeable or sticking out at all.i rated this 4/5 stars because the part inside where the cards go into, does not hold them tightly in place. if you tip the wallet to the side for example. the cards can slide out of the area you have put them into.the middle part where you would put your cash is nice and roomy, there are two pockets for that to keep things separate.there is no place to put coins unfortunately.it does not tear even though it feels like paper yes, but that's how they make the wallet itself so slim and the print looking so nice.i do recommend this.but bear in mind, you need to keep a eye on your cards slipping if there is only a few in there when you open and use it to pay for things. you can fit a lot of cards in the side panels, i'd say at least 10 on each side.

The design of this wallet is fantastic. It sets you apart from the crowd and looks great. When I showed it to a family member they actually thought it was an airmail envelope! The material is paper and other items that make it water, chemical and tear resistant. It is very strong but it just feels like paper. The packaging it comes attached to is made out of the same stuff. There are two 'pockets' where you can put money or receipts. When you open it there is two spaces to put cards, and in the sides there is a 'pocket' that goes the length of the wallet so when it is folded it forms two business card holders. There are only two downsides:1. There isn't a coin pocket.2. It tends to unfold itself if left to sit on a desk, maybe this will sort itself out with use.A great, practical product which looks amazing. It's well worth the money. What are you waiting for, buy today!

This wallet takes UK banknotes without problem. It is very slim as it is made from Tyvek. I previously had a different make of Tyvek wallet that was not deep enough to properly hold UK notes. That survived well over a year of being bounced between pockets, before becoming disreputable enough to warrant replacement. This is the original, and while the outside will almost certainly gain a similar patina to the previous one, I am happy to replace it with another every year.If you want to make your own version then search for instructions on the internet, but once you have sourced a sheet of Tyvek the right size and spent all the effort to fold your own, you may as well buy a ready made one.Dynomighty are the original and of good quality. As the wallet is basically paper you can write or draw on it to personalise. Use a 'Sharpie' for best results.

This wallet is much flimsier than the description of the reviews led me to believe. I find my self worrying that it's going to rip all the time since it feels like it is made of wax paper, however it hasn't ripped yet and it looks stunning. Probably not a good choice if you have many cards, like me, as it begins to develop unsightly folds and creases around the cards, bulges. But for the price and for the look, I am happy with the wallet. Like I said, despite feeling flimsy and being made out of what feels like wax paper, it has yet to rip. And it looks great. I believe I will just buy several so I'm prepared for the day it does rip. Not a bad value for the price, and no one else has the awesome designs this company has!You will also see that the wallet loses its shape with more than four cards in it. But despite all this, I love it!

I purchased this for my husband as a travel wallet. Although we use money belts for passports, extra back-up cards and cash, it is handy for each of us to have some way to carry cash for the day and often one ATM or credit card. For both of us (over 65!) we have found it just works better to have a system familiar to what we do at home. This is a very sturdy but light weight wallet that has been very functional for travel. He had another that he has been using for several years, but in the week before we left I couldn't find it... so I bought this as a replacement. And of course, the other one turned up the day before we left. But now I am glad to have two - and as we went to France this year,it was fitting that this wallet has some French words inside.

Had a dinomighty wallet before and I have to say I would go back to it. The only reason i gave it up was I was a bit cheap and choose the cheapest design so I grew bored of it.These wallets are class. If your like me and don't like having thing in your pocket this is the wallet for you. It grows into what you put in it. This allows your to either try and stuff it or keep it low profile for a slim wallet that is very well designed.Had lots of comments regarding the design and fee and people can't get over how flimsy it feels, but this wallet is hard as nails. My last one with stood a match with my dog chewing on it to come out unscathed.Don't think I will go to another wallet while these guys are around.Keep up the good work guys.

This is my third Mighty Wallet in two years. I find each one lasts about a year, as far as the "freshness" of the design is concerned. But like most things used often, wear is inevitable. The wallet would probably go another year otherwise. I carry five cards, including my driver's license, and normally a small wad of paper money, and I love how the wallet lays amazingly flat in my rear jeans pocket. My first two Mighty Wallets had the 70's psychedelic design, and I often got comments on it - when it was new... With the Diamond Plate, well, we'll see. So, on top of it being an occasional conversational ice-breaker, the price of the wallet pleases me too.I can't wait to see which design grabs my attention next year.

When I first saw a Mighty wallet at one of my friends I didn't believe her when she said it is really practical and holds all her money and documents well, but she showed me all the slots it has and the simple yet efficient design and I was very impressed with it.I got myself the par avion mail design because I found it ingenious and it works well as camouflage. Nobody would want to take an envelope with a letter from you...would they? Well, at least it doesn't look like a wallet and it surely makes for a good conversation topic about creativity in product design. The price on Amazon was lower than the one in shops and the delivery was quite fast. It's the wallet I've enjoyed most so far!

These are an amazing wallet. I've got an airmail-envelope style one - had it for a couple of years, and it's getting the “weathered“ look they describe on the packaging. It really fools people into thinking it's not a wallet - they are often surprised when you get money out of it.Bought this one because I love the design - it will be great for taking with me on my travels. The wallets are made from a single sheet of Tyvek so they expand as you fill them. I normally have notes and a couple of cards, and it doesn't feel bulky in the pocket.Very durable by design, and a reasonable price.Treat yourself to one (or one for each currency when you travel). Perfect lightweight wallets.

I have only had this Mighty Wallet for a few days but have had another before and never reviewed it, I think Mighty Wallets are amazingly strong, and great fun to take into school and get your friends to try to rip them. They are unbelievably strong and waterproof. They're also lighter than water causing them to float. However, it loses one star as there is one place mighty wallets can easily be ripped. Wherever it has been cut, in this case the credit card slot, this can he ripped incredibly easily. However you can reinforce with a bit of selotape to reinforce this area.I seriously think I will forever onward own a Mighty Wallet.

These wallets are great! I have had several, and it is rare that someone fails to comment every time I pull it out to pay or present ID. Because it is made of Tyvex (the material large air mail envelopes are made of, and the same material that is used to wrap houses under construction for control of air movement from the exterior) the wallets are very durable. Eventually they become worn looking. Mine have lasted between eight and twelve months as a rule. If I didn't stuff them so full I am confident they would last longer. For the price and the conversation factor, can't be beat!

I honestly didn't really know what to expect when I got this. The ink that's printed on the surface does appear to wear relatively easily. The wallet itself has no stitches or any adhesive whatsoever, so folds are feel to slide around. At one point I thought the wallet was coming apart, as the seams appear to slide out, but when I close the wallet, the seams slide right back into place. It's not really my cup of tea, as I'd like the ink to be more durable and less prone to rubbing off, but other than that I can see the beauty of this wallet as it's very thin and expandable.
