I don’t usually like running with a belt or camelback etc. However this belt is perfect, hardly noticeable when wearing and large enough to carry my phone, ID card, energy blocks and small water bladder. This enables me to run for a couple of hours and keep fairly hydrated and fuelled.Luckily it fit out of the box as I have no idea how it’s adjusted.

I bought this for cycling and find it very useful, the water bottle compartment has room for extras like tyre levers & the other compartment is big enough for a flyweight jacket. and or phone. However I did return it & get the larger 500 model for extra water capacity. Which I recommend over this size.

I use this on virtually all my runs that are about an hour. It's big enough to carry an iPhone 8, some money, gels, and of course small water bottle. Highly recommend

If you hate running with a water bottle / phone in your hand or strapped to your arm, this is the one for you.

Great belt. Phone fits in nice. The only problem I’m a 32 waist and it just about fits.
