Bought this for my son for halloween. Have to say I don't think that it is worth the money because it is very flimsy and could tear quite easily. He hates the chain mail hood because it is very itchy and refused point blank to wear it, but maybe that's just him being overly sensitive. It washes up well and dries quickly. The colours do not run and the pattern is bold so overall this is a decent costume albeit quite cheap material. My son likes it (he is a tall six year old) and if he is happy then I am happy. Great service provided by supplier.

This is a very good knights costume. Of course it's the usual thin polyester material, but it certainly looks nice and the silver coloured plastic mesh actually makes for a reasonably convincing chain-mail. Unlike stated in the description the trousers were actually included, so that was a nice surprise.The order arrived in good time. Just one word about the packaging: the plastic bag the costume came in was partially ripped. The costume was not damaged in any way, but it looked as though the packaging had been opened before.

At under nine pounds free delivery I found this purchase good value for money for a medieval dress up day at school, not great quality material but realistic chain mail effect, good enough. Purchased size 8-10 large for my son height 1.4m age 10 years wearing size age 10 in M&S/ Next. Overall a good fit but used own trousers and found the arms just a tad long. The head dress is Velcro fastening at back of neck and was his favourite part of the outfit.

This was purchased for my son, for one of his school dressing up days, (dressing as a historical character) and he loves it. He was most disappointed that we would not let him take his toy sword into school.The costume fitted my son, was as advertised on the Amazon website, and was delivered in a timely manner, and was fit for purpose.

This is a great costume, you need black trousers though to make it look right. The sash is not as long as in the picture. Also the hood wasn't sewn together right, so I had to sew it back together, but overall we are really pleased with it. It's also quite a generous size, so my son can wear it this year as well.

the top is much longer than on the picture so the waist tie (which is attached to the top)hangs too low as in well below his waist so looks funny.also the waist tie is not as thick and long as the picture shows. though i gave it 4 starts because my kids love it. we got the black trousers with it too.

Bought a 5-7yrs for my 4 yr old. Its big on him but it'll last. The chain mail part it very authentic looking, really pleased. The head part only just fits him, so don't know how it would work for a 7 yr old, he has a small/average size head. Came with black trousers.

This costume arrived very quickly much to my sons joy. I thought it was very good value for money and my son would sleep in it if he could. The silver thread has started to fray a little however it has had some heavy use . I have now had to buy a sword now !

Did not come with sash, but a belt and trousers, very good value for money as I could not have made it for the same cost. very effective look. Only for a day at school for a project but will be used again and again for role play.

Product arrived safely before the estimated time. A well made outfit that my 7 year old son loves.In the advert it said that no trousers were included but when opening the package they were there, an added bonus!

Lovely product. Very good value. Arrived very quickly. My son wore it for his knight themed Birthday party & loved it. Good fit for a tall 6 year old. I think that it would be a bit big for a 5 year old.

This costume is great. Easy to put on my grandson. He can take it off himself and is not too warm in it. He enjoys the playacting as a knight. I will look for more costumes from this seller. A great buy!

Bought for my 6 year old son's xmas. It's fab. Well made, easy to wear and fits a treat (he is very tall for his age). He loves it and is constantly wearing it. Excellent purchase... so pleased.

my son looked good in this when i brought it for him to wear for his school play, its good that it comes with the trousers because at lot that i looked at before hand did not come with trousers

Brilliant.My son was over joyed with this outfit.Only one down side, it was too large for my son, but it was easy to take up.It's hot wearing it so make sure the clothes underneath are cool.
