My daughter had an upcoming Tudor Day at school and this was the dress she picked. We ordered the Large Size in it, as although my daughter is only 9, she is tall for her age and I usually have to buy age 12 clothes for her. The dress came very quickly and is really lovely, it is a darker blue than it looks in the picture. The length was fine for my daughter who is approx 138cm tall, however it is very very big around, it actually fitted me! As it was so big, it was falling off her shoulders and much too low in the neckline, so I had to get a friend to make quite a few alterations for me (I cant sew for toffees). Ideally I would have exchanged it for a smaller size but was afraid the smaller dress wouldn't come in time.

I bought this for my daughter for national book week. The quality is to be expected from cheaper fancy dress, but it looked really good on and she enjoyed wearing it to school ( rather than the oomph loonpa outfit I wanted to buy her!) The sizing is very generous. Don't be tempted to buy a size bigger just in case as it will probably be far too big. My daughter was almostcsix and wears age 8 clothes generally because of her height, and the medium came up big and long. She had to lift the dress as she walked (although she enjoyed doing this too as she said she felt lime a princess!)All in all impressed with this product and the speedy delivery too.

You really must buy this for the age your child is as the sizing is quite generous. My daughter is like myself and I had to have it taken in by my fantastic Mum so it fitted her like it does the girl in the photo. Beautiful material and fits in with the medieval banquets we have been to, with many asking us where we got the outfits from! The little head piece makes her itch with the elastic if it goes under the chin, but the outfit is well priced enough for the dress alone xx

dress looks amazing customer service was outstanding.bought the dress yesterday as an emergency,the one i have ordered from another seller was the wrong size and had to send it back.i've sent an email to FancyDressForAll.saying that we need the dress urgently and if possible to have the dress delivered today.i cannot tell you how happy i was when i got home from work and there it was!!we got the dress today!so thank you FancyDressForAll.you made a little girl very happy.

Ordered this dress on a Friday afternoon and it arrived by courier on the sunday morning, less than 48 hrs later.My daughter is a size 7-8 years in clothes and I found the medium size fit very well.It held up well with no visible problems during a medieval day at school so I would recommend this product.

quite a nice dress for the price, finish on sleeves a bit poor but with a bit of sewing they look ok, bit on the big side around the top but altered that also, my grandaughter was pleased with it and it will look nice when they do the school show. Was delivered within two days.

arrived in time which was the main thing. Colour on picture not the same as actual colour. Quality I bit on the poor side but then only being used for dressing up. fair price paid for what it is. Delivery date was most important thing and it arrived in good time.

I actually bought this dress for my son to wear in his year 6 production! It's good quality, authentic as far as I know! He's a small 11 year old so it was a little bit big for him, but overall gave the right impression!

Very pretty and promptly delivered the next day. My child will have to wear a t-shirt underneath due to dress being slightly see-through, but this wasn't an issue for us. It was cheaper than trying to make the dress.

The product was purchased fir our grand daughters school fancy dress Shakespeare event. It met hers and ours expectations and she was very happy with it. It was more than adequate for the event it was purchased for.

Great quality dress and hat. Although the elastic strip snapped straight away. We kept hat on with hair clips. This was a bit long for my 6 year old. Other than that a good fit. Would recommend

My 9 year old daughter loved this dress. She is very tall for her age so I got the biggest size. It only slightly too big for her. The dress is lovely and it quality is very good for the price.

Arrived very quickly! Very good value & matched description perfectly. As others had mentioned it is generous sizing & I wished I'd got a size 5-7yrs for my 8yr old, but that's my fault!

Bought this dress for my 8 year old daughter. It is a beautiful dress but we did have to take the dress up and in as it is more suited for a woman's size 8-10 not childs age 8-10!

The costume is nice, the quality is good for the price.The picture is deceptively purple though, it is a deep royal and baby blue colour. Thankfully she still liked it.
