Ok, so it's a different doggie name, but my 8 month old dog puppy enjoys the food. It is convenient, the delivery is excellent, His coat is brilliant and shiny, I did try him on another brand (recommended by his breeder) but found he was becoming super hyper (a puppy has very sharp needle teeth which I've found out the hard and very painful way, the mother is probably very happy to be rid of them at 8 weeks) but he calmed down considerably when I changed to Royal Canin. I recommend this product to every Goldie puppy owner I meet (and that is about 8 or so on my local walk).My major quibble is that 12 KG it only lasts for 30 days at 400 g or 24 days at 500 g a day - not the 36 as advertised - yep,

I have tried MANY good quality and expensive foods for Teddy - a 13 month old GR. He has suffered from incredibly flakey skin since 12 weeks old. Nothing was making any difference. I added oil to his food, restricted treats in case of allergy to additives etc., I had formed the opinion that 'breed specific' products were just another expensive hype and marketing ploy. But having tried everything else I gave it a go - 2 months on Teddy's coat is amazing, and the flakey skin - apart from 2 small patches near his loins - completely gone! WELL DONE ROYAL CANIN - not just hype and marketing after all!

Excellent food, my pup loves this kibble, looks fantastic on it, will definitely stay with Royal canin breed specific. Had rough start with symply and eukanuba, pup looked skinny, had the runs. Now on Royal Canin he looks healthy and fit, his coat feels smooth and sleek, and he just looks happier. Choosing a puppy food was a minefield of varying opinions but I won't change from Royal Canin now, it seems expensive, but you don't need to feed such a large amount as it is excellent quality. Works out to about £1.10 a day to feed, so not bad at all, worth every penny.

New Golden Retriever pup was extremely fussy when he came home. I intended to switch to this as soon as possible with a slow introduction but considering he wasn't eating, we went straight to 100% Royal Canin without any upset tummies. He absolutely loves it and gobbles it up as soon as his bowl goes dow. Didn't realise this was coming from Austria so it took a bit longer than what Amazon predicted as the delivery date but other than this, no problems with the product.

My Golden puppy loves this! She’s healthy and fit, beautiful coat and took to this food well. Struggled with change over from breeder food as she picked this out of her bowl each time and left the previous food!! Clearly her preference is this one! Had to just switch without gradual change but actually she was fine with no tummy upsets or difficulties.Yes, this is far more expensive than other available food, but it’s worth every penny and it lasts a lot longer.

This takes all the guesswork out of rearing puppies and youngsters. No it's not cheap. There are plenty of cheaper foods out there, but in this world you get what you pay for. I use it to wean and rear puppies, I also give it to my bitches when they are pregnant or nursing a litter. I have always been delighted with the results. I see no reason to change what I feed my dogs as long as Royal Canin is available. Happy dogs and a happy owner.

Well what can you say about dog food, the dog ain't dead! He actually looks in excellent condition. He eats it but would sooner eat anything else, which is a good thing as otherwise he would be fat as heck. Most importantly his poo is easy (usually) to pick up, even with bits of rope. wood and assorted plastics in it. Only problem, it is not free, but then what is. It would have to be cheaper to get 5 stars.

Using this because it was recommended by the breeder and I want to do the very best I can for my new best friend. Pup is now six months old and she loves the food. Never been sick or had diarrhoea. I'm following the instructions on quantities precisely and she is developing into a lean, healthy and energetic dog. I am regulating her exercise to ensure her joints are protected.

Wow what a great service from Pets you save! Free next day delivery and I got a free gift as well. Nice surprise. The food smells much better than the previous one (Arden grange). I just gave a little bit of the food to my 7 months old Golden Retriever and he wanted more and more!! Great!!

Quick delivery and easy to purchase online. It is not the cheapest food available for my golden retriever puppy, but the breeder recommended it, vet approved and the dog has thrived. I will keep him on it until he is old eonough to transfer to the adult version.

On our 3rd bag now, the retriever puppy loves it.There are cheaper brands out there, but check the label for the ingredients: this has more of the good stuff (protein etc) and less of the cheap stuff (bran, carbohydrate etc).

Ordered the ripped bag item, at half the price as normal. Excellent value, came repackaged in another sack.This food is excellent quality and solved our Golden Retriever's digestion problems with other good brands.

Rufus seems to enjoy it!Sadly he's 15 months old now so need to move onto an adult food and the equivalent doesn't appear to be on SupeeSaver :(

Very good product. My puppy prefers it dry. It is helping her grow into a lovely big dog. Very competitive price and very good delivery as well.
