My cat had smelly s***. My roommates didn't like it. It caused fights.I used to pay a few quid for cat food but now I have to buy Royal Canin to reduce the odor so my cat and I don't end up homeless and so my friendship with my roommates isn't destroyed. It was worth paying like £15 more for the comfort of knowing my roommates wouldn't punish me or my cat for something that is out of his control.It took a while to kick in, especially if you mix with wet food anyway, but when Reuben the cat got used to it- the s*** was less stinky and they weren't runny at all. He also s*** less than before.It's a bit of a pain if you run out before the next bag is delivered which is what happened to me.

I have a Siamese who was prone to "scoffing" his food too quickly which resulted in him being sick moments after. It was getting to be a real problem, he was distressed at being sick and so was I at having to clean it up! I needed to keep him on dry food as his teeth are not too good.The kibbles are uniquely shaped to prevent the cat from eating them too quickly and so allowing sufficient time for proper digestion. Ever since I have fed him this he has not been sick and he loves them; he waits by his feeding bowl for the timer to open his next meal!I can't believe that it is only Royal Canin that have developed a dry food to resolve this problem but I am very appreciative that they have,

Digestive Comfort is a great food and worked well for my 5 pedigree cats, but I have found when ordering from Amazon recently that I am sent Digestive CARE, not Digestive COMFORT, and they are not the same product. Digestive Care has a clay based additive, which does not suit my cats. 'Clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin' is the additive, and after researching this, (http://www.efsa.europa.eu/en/efsajournal/pub/3039) I have decided it is not a product that I would feed to my cats. Such a shame as Digestive Comfort has always been such an excellent food, and I have recommended it to many other cat owners. Has anyone else found a suitable alternative?

My beautiful tabby cat (nearly 4) has always had trouble keeping food down as well as finding a food he actually liked!This one has reduced the amount of vomit and he absolutely loves the food!! He is happy to come and eat now, runs to the cupboard when I go to get some out and happily munches his food down.Side note: It has also helped him with his stools - they are smaller and easier for him to pass - he is very happy about that too!I highly recommend this food for anyone with a cat with a sensitive tummy, trouble with vomiting and any that have trouble going to the loo for a number 2!Well worth the price!!

My cats are both greedy little devils who are sometimes prone to upset tummies after gorging on kibble (as the do all too often). This kibble is great for them as it doesn't have any adverse effects - in fact, I've noticed less smell from the litter trays (which is always a blessing!). The kibble is quite large too, meaning my cats have to actually bite and crunch them, rather than vacuuming them up like a dyson!These are well priced and excellent value for money and as usual, Royal Canin has produced another kibble that my kitties can't get enough of!

I agree with other review. Is loved by all my cats and the one that always scoffs food and then throws it up does actually chew this so it is staying down. Other shapes he just swallows hole. I also have learnt to leave a small breakfast out otherwise he eats the whole lot at once and is sick.They are also god to hand out separately as treats, you can hold it and hand feed as a snack to your cat.They are like squashed polo mints shape.

After months of trying different 'sensitive' foods for our shorthair who has a very sensitive stomach, this is the only food that works for her. I recently tried her back on 'normal food' thinking she may have grown out of the original problem. She hasn't but the problem went away again as soon as I out her back onto this food.

Got this as the older cat we have was regurgitating her food a lot - seems to have stopped it, plus she'll eat it every day and isn't as fussy as before. Other cat is happy to eat it too. Litter tray a bit less used, which is a bonus - although they do seem to need more water, so keep an eye on levels in the bowl.

I didn't personally taste it but it smelled OK and both cats love it. They are rescue doods and unused to wet foods (apart from mice and lizards which are free) and so their dry foods have to be top notch and these Royal Canin biscuits just fit the bill. They are both thriving and free of hair balls.

Our cat loves this food, and before she ate this food we tried several other cat foods and she was not feeling good from them at all. She seems to have a very sensitive stomache and this is the only food that workes for her. So from me it gets five stars.

My half breed black/Siamese mix cat loves this on the first mouthful. I bought this on Vet recommendation because he has a very delicate stomach. Packaging was great, the product arrived earlier than expected. What more can I say, I'm very impressed.

My cat loves them, and I've noticed less smell and feces in the litter box when he's eating this food. Recommend for whoever has a sensible cat. Not fit for old cats as the nibble shape and size requires for them to be chewed before swallowing.

Absolutely delicious .... Goes with most things like cheese on toast and sardines. Does not like being grilled but is fine in stews or for the base of consommé. It is fabulous tossed in garlic butter and added to salads. Very versatile indeed.

I tried this with my fussy indoor cat, she has been eating it now for several years. It doesn't smell when put out and my cat comes running when I refill her bowl. A fortunate byproduct is that her stools are well formed and not too offensive.

My cat enjoys this mix but unfortunately it has not stopped her throwing up every few days. I have tried many different food mixes now but it looks like we are going to have to live with the problem as nothing seems to work.
