Came across this game on amazon and decided to check it out as I love the Guitar Hero and Rock Band games. Fortunately though I came across some reviews on a gaming site first and decided to save myself the cash and buy something else instead.Summing it up quickly, there seems to be several problems with this game:1 - The songs are all COVERS! not sung by the original artists at all. In fact the original artists names aren't even listed, and the covers are not good covers either.2 - There are no vocals - only drum, guitar and bass.3 - Instead of the notes coming at you from the distance towards the front of the screen, these notes drop down from the sky (very similar to the way they do on a dance mat game),which decreases the amount of time you have to register what notes are coming next and therefore get your fingers in the right place, and apparently makes the hard option just impossible.4 - The drum is rubbish. The drum set for this game has 7 pads, some of which are circular, and some of which are triangular, and working out which circles and triangles correspond to which circles on the game screen is ridiculous. Not to mention that the triangle pads show up as circles on the game screen, and the kick pedal notes are just thrown in on another random line too making them difficult to distinguish from all the other notes. The peripheral itself is also poorly designed, and unresponsive.(It is possible however to use rock band drums if you have them, and switch the display to only 5 pads.)5 - There's no adjustment of characters - you just pick one and that's it - no changing clothes or anything. And you'll only find 2 people in the crowd too!6 - You can only play in career mode as a single player - your friends can't join in. To play a multiplayer game you have to go to another option.7 - Game play is simply dull, dull, dull.The experts gave this game 3/10 in reviews, with players giving it an even more dismal average of 2.3/10!Not going to get this game myself, but hope this summary might allow you to make a more informed choice before purchasing this game.Hope this helps. not as good as the other's with the lack of a singer but if you only want guitar and drums recommend it for them good variety of songs
