was delivered on time and the detail is fantastic especially under the engine bay there is a lot of decals which really make the quality of the model, you will need a small drill in places where hols are needed but you get a guide line of where to do it, or a sharp pine will do. for a perfect paint finish on the body then an air brush is needed but I had some left over paint from repairing a car bumper which did the job fine. All in all a great model if you like to take your time, not for a beginner.

I ordered this model kit right around the time the pandemic lockdowns began. I got the kit some weeks later, and began assembling. I noticed some parts were duplicate while others were missing, only after parts of the kit had been built.I contacted the seller, and they agreed to replace the kit for me. The replacement just came in today, and everything is as it should be.Many thanks to the seller for exceptional communication and patience during these times.All the best,- PK

This is a very nicely detailed kit with extra parts to allow you to build it to different specs (left and right hand drive dashboard and decals).It looks quite a complex kit so it not really suitable for a beginner.I plan to build mine as a heavily modified car with BBS alloys and extended wheel arches and modified wings as well as mods to both the front and back ends.

A really superbly detailed model. Instructions are very good. Just note that this is a very difficult model to build, I have put hours and hours into this and I'm only approaching completion now. Some of the decals are microscopic and incredibly difficult to place. But this is all part of the fun! Great value too.

My son in law loves this kind of thing. It's his hobby..When he says he's going to play with his models, luckily we know what he means..??If it wasnt for these kits, I'd be at a loss as to what to buy him for Christmas and birthdays

Great gift for a VW golf lover. My uncle was super chuffed. Make sure you wear gloves with whatever glue you buy especially if you have sensitive skin.

Really pleased with the price or this model. Can't wait to build it up. Some set have the paint but can cost way more.

Got this for my husbands birthday and he loved it! Doesn’t come with paint ect but we’ll get that when he’s built it

Have brought many of these products and Revell the best brand. Never had any problems with quality or instructions.
