Totally brilliant little kit! Lightening Mcqueen is a bit hit with my nearly four year old grandson, this proved a fantastic present to work on together, has two bumpers so two expressions, plenty of authentic stickers to brighten up the car, sounds and lights are great and for tge price, this is quality! Good size too. We will be purchasing the others in this collection, tried the cheapest first, added bonus that Mcqueen was the cheapest!

Brilliant little kit and well worth the bargain price of £10. Makes a lovely change instead of lego for building a lightning mcqueen. Took my son around 30mins and he felt as though he had fully built lightning and made him "super fast". Simple but effective kit with quality parts and stickers. We didnt realise it made sounds until we got it which again, is an added bonus of a nice toy.

This lightning mcqueen toy has been taken apart and put back together countless times. Our son truly loves it. The build quality is solid and the threading on all the screws remains good even after all that use. The assembled car feels solid almost like it isn't something designed to come apart and be put together by a child. It really is well done.

My son got lighting mcqueen for his Christmas and the rest for his 5th Birthday. He absolutely loves them, interchanging the wheels, taking them apart and putting them together again. He was able to follow the instructions with some help and absolutely loves the screwdriver being stored underneath the car. I would 100% recommend for any Cars fan ?

Great presents for my 7 year old. Easy to assemble and great fun to be had swapping the eyes and mouth over. Looks quite rugged, I guess time will tell.Any child that can follow Lego instructions should be ok with these models, maybe a little adult advice to start. So far these are a surprise Christmas hit.

Bought for my almost 4 year old for christmas & he absolutely loves it, we’ve ordered him a couple more sets for his birthday!! He needed some help initially building it but he is forever swapping wheels & the bumpers round himself, he plays for hours! Really good they light up & make sounds too

This is a great sturdy lightning Mcqueen, loved by my four tear old. However, he was not able to build it himself as it says on the box and it took three adults about 40 minutes to put together. It's great once built except the screwdriver stored underneath constantly gets lost as it falls out!

Bought this kit car for my 5 year old grandson. We built it together and it was a perfect size for his hands. He very quickly understood the building instructions and needed little input from me. It was such a winner that we bought a second kit and pocket money is being saved for a third one.

Great toy to learn how to use basic tools and building something in order. Also good as a built car for pushing around in the floor.The only negative is the use of stickers for some of the detailing but that's only a problem if you child likes to remove stickers.

I bought it as a gift and they liked it. I tought it is a bit bigger and more parts in it but it is still on the high end of the quality. The only things you have to be carefull do not buy it for kids under 4 years old because of the small parts in it

My nephew adored this when I gave it to him for Christmas. He loved building it and it was something different to the other lightning mcqueen stuff he already has. Thanks for making me a popular aunt at Christmas!

My four year old loves this. He was able to put it together, with some guidance on the instructions (which were clear and easy to follow) He loves to play with it as a car too. I would definitely recommend

Great item. Bought for 3 year olds birthday and kept him busy for hours he loves it.Only problem is bonnet clips are very flimsy and one broke within minutes. Still works with one though.

My 4yr old absolutely loves these kits. They’re easy to put together and he loves playing with it as well as changing over some of the pieces (you can change the mouth & eyes)

Bought for son for christmas as he wants to take his other cars apart so this is a compromise ? it arrived with pieces missing but another was issued out and ours returned
